“Fantastic. Other than being clean and clearly a high-end place, they have a box truck for free to move in your things. It was extremely easy to use. Tom may be the nicest guy on earth. He helped me outside of their business hours to get my stuff moved in. I highly recommend checking this place FIRST and see if they have availability. Storage units (especially certain sizes) tend to be scarce in Bend from my experience. This place is A+, and the pricing is competitive.”
“I originally booked a unit at Cleveland Ave facility, but when I went down to the Powers Rd office I realized it would be an easier location to pull a trailer in and out of, and avoids the traffic around the Reed Market Rd & 3rd St intersection near the Cleveland Ave. Employees at the office were very helpful and changed my reservation around no problem. Facility is well maintained and secure, feel comfortable storing here.”

“Been there almost a year, have 2 units. Things that I like: the covered loading area; no thresholds to pull a loaded cart over & have things fall off; units have lights that come on automatically when you open the doors; Robert the manager is great & takes care of any issues right away. There was an auto pay glitch but he made sure that I got late fees refunded. Things I don't like: it was hot in the summer: the fans weren't on; sometimes the bathroom wasn't clean or open. But I like it much better than the place I was at before and it's cheaper.”
“The nicest management team! Called other storage sites in looking for the best place for me, and was either ignored, told they would call back or left messages to receiving no call backs at all. Broken words and lies about receiving call back promises. The second Ms. June picked up the phone, I could feel that the person she was going be was real. Very nice, patient on trying to get things figured out (dates and times) and very pleasant to talk to. No attitude as if she was being bothered by someone on the phone like the other places I had called. Great area in Bend no matter which end you live on. Everyone always passes Wilson for one reason or another weekly, if not daily like I do!!! Easy accessible. Thank you June!! Glad I am spending my money on a place I feel comfortable with all the way around!!!”
“Journey, the manager here, is the sweetest human ever. She goes way above and beyond for everyone here. It’s weird how many other storage users I’ve talked to about how helpful and a happy presence she is. If there is ever a question it is responded to with kindness and genuine helpfulness. If there is an issue it’s handled immediately. I had an opportunity to get a bigger unit in quicker time than the waitlist here, but would be remiss if I didn’t get to pop in and just say hi to journey whenever I’m back from fighting wildfires, so I stayed.”
“Loved the self-serve kiosk at the location. I had a Uhaul filled with everything I own, after hours on a Sunday, when most — if not all — the other local storage places were closed. Got all my stuff in and only paid $35 for the first month. Can’t beat that! You can even get a padlock for your storage unit from the kiosk if you don’t have your own. All units are drive-up for easy transfer from truck to unit. The place is fully fenced and gated with lots of cameras, which Summit does monitor. Way better than parking your Uhaul in a hotel parking lot and waiting til Monday.”
“JCT 97 Storage and Renee have been great to work with. This was my 1st experience with storage facilities and I was lucky to have found JCT 97. Renee helped me remotely arrange for the space, explained everything so that I felt comfortable and went above and beyond both organizing a lock for me until I could get there and when Renee learned that I really needed power - it was arranged to upgrade the unit!! The JCT 97 location is great, super clean and secure - and recently expanded. Renee was great to work with - strong communication and follow-up. Thanks for providing this great service. Highly recommend JCT 97.”

“Mini empire storage is a great place for storage. I rented a 10x10 space. For over 1 & 1/2 years. I was able to fit my couch set and basically a whole house in one room stored properly. They have motion censored lights in the unit that I rented. Which made it very convenient to see inside. For it not being climate controlled I was impressed. My unit never had a musty or unpleasant storage unit smell. Even during winter snow and rain. My unit stay dry the entire time. Mini empire storage is quietly tucked away where it is located. l felt safe to be there. The driveway depending on the way you go can get a little tight. So I recommend if you plan on bringing a big trailer like I originally did which is a 32 ft horse trailer. Forget it! you not going to make it in. What was very convenient was the driveway entrance had plenty of space for me to park and I brought a wagon with me to help me unload my items. The driveway is smooth. Surveillance seems legit, the service is very simple and straightforward!
I will admit I did hit a time for a few months I fell onto financial hardship. I became very late on payments. The gentleman I I spoke with was willing to work with me so I was able to keep my items and my unit. They did change my pin code to the gate entry. Because I was more than 3 months behind on payments. They have every right to do so. I continued to keep service with them for 5 more months after that.
I would recommend them to my friends and family. Mini empire prices are constant and truthful.
