Honestly if I could rate no stars or only half a star- I would. They delivered the wrong product, my customer was really upset. I went in person and they informed me that a different location carried the desired product. If I wanted to, I was able to go pick up the product at the other location but would still be charged a second time for the new product even though the error was in their end. Upon arriving to the other location (across town) the other location told me they did not have enough product to meet my demand. I ended up having to pay for delivery and the accurate product to be re-delivered to my customer’s residence. This was highly upsetting and completely unprofessional and unorganized but even more so for my customer who deserved the quality and product they asked for. When I spoke to management about a refund they only refunded partial delivery (even though the error was on their end.) I had called to confirm the delivery the day of and they had my quantity incorrect and ended up delivering the wrong product.. this was a total headache to be excited for a job and have the expectations of quality service and product and be so let down was such a disappointment. Won’t be using them again or referring anyone else. Customer service goes a long way! Clearly they missed the memo.

We bought our retaining wall stones from Willamette Graystone. Their service was nothing but excellent. I would highly recommend them for whatever your hardscape needs are.
