If you have perfect credit, you're not gonna understand my gratitude for this location. Of course, my credit isn't great and my job has not yet set up direct deposit so I have a paper check I have to cash drawn from Wells Fargo. It's been a few years since I've had to go into a bank and cash a check but it has never been a fun experience. Since I'm an adult, nobody understands why I can't just deposit it into my bank and normally bank tellers will make me feel like a complete loser because I don't have a bank account and then they will push a bank account on me hard-core they will ask me for five pieces of ID fingerprint before they cost find charge me to cash app but it's the Teylar does it do it for me!

I like the staff at this branch alot. They are courteous, friendly and helpful. I like that they will take a couple extra minutes to ask how my day is going. Some people just want to get their banking done fast but I like the in-person contact.

Staff are nice, but slow. Lines are long and drive through has not been staffed for well over a year. Hire some people, less chit-chat when there is a line, staff the drive through.

Long line . Employees having fun chatting and don’t care about customers. Worst customer service

I love how they call me asking how our business is doing and asking what they can do to help us. I come in. Wait in line to do a wire transfer only to be told they can’t do it. Ridiculous.

This branch has never been great, but lately it has gotten so much worse! They have not had drive through service in weeks, and their lobby line can be so long it hangs out the door. They blame all of this on being “short-handed”, yet there always seem to be several employees standing around chatting with each other. The employees that do help you are often not very courteous.I’m forced to deal with Wells Fargo on behalf of my employer, otherwise I would never go near them. I’m going to try a different branch and see if the experience is any better.

Awful experience at this branch. Two weeks ago came in to deposit my paycheck which my company banks with Wells Fargo. I had no issues at that visit and have always had my check cashed then deposited into my account. Today was a different story, went to deposit my pay check and the teller went ahead and deposited it directly as he said my funds will be made available right away due to my paycheck being a Wells Fargo check. He then let me know that my paycheck had a 24 hour hold and said he could reverse it and then cash my check. I agreed as that is what I wanted to do in the first place and have always been able to do in the last 6 years I’ve worked for my company. To my very annoyed surprise, the teller told me my company has an “agreement” that our PAYCHECKS can not be cashed out…. Which makes absolutely no sense at all considering it is a WELLS FARGO CHECK. The teller called someone over who’s suggestion was they can redeposit the check and I can wait 24 hours or they can give me my check back and I can try Walmart if I wanted my funds available. Awful customer service. I have had issues with Wells Fargo in the past and just let it go. After this experience I will be closing all accounts with Wells Fargo.

Been here for 45 minutes trying to pull out my money. What happens if the systems stay down? Do i not own my money anymore? Losing my faith in my bank.

Horrible just horrible. When I first opened my checking account 2 years ago I remember saying that I did not want overdraft protection. The next thing I know I'm getting overdraft fees. It doesn't end there because when I went in to fix something in my account I was told that since I'm in college the overdraft fee does not apply which also was proven to be wrong. I called this branch to get some help and they told me that I would get all my money back which would have been no problem. Then when I get on the phone with the person I was redirected to they could only give me partial. So not only did the over draft protection magically turn itself on without informing me but I also have been told so many mistruths it is insane. All I have to say about this is that you guys need to train your bankers better because this is just too much.

Racist bank. I've literally seen these crooks credit people's accounts when I they went over drawn. But when I lose my debit card and someone makes fraudulent charges and my account goes into -$226.... They can't even credit back the overdraft charges that werent made by me EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T USE THE CARD.
