Went in for phone battery replacement or battery swap (with a third-party battery). Quick service on a weekday afternoon (with an online appointment), reasonable price, and the staff was helpful over the phone and in the store.Pro Tip: Do a full backup of your phone beforehand. As a security measure, consider wiping your phone before dropping off for battery swap, because they might ask for your phone passcode to run some hardware tests as part of the service. Then restore the phone using its backup.

Fixed my phone screen and have replaced my key fob battery a half a dozen times since I purchased their lifetime replacement a few years ago.

This is a very good shop for very phone repairs. They specialize in Samsung, iPhones and more.
Their prices are very reasonable, their work is top notch and professional. They are way better than those kiosks in malls. Brian is the best master technician there. Ask for him.
I replaced my S9 plus rear camera and Brian did a perfect job and I just paid $70 with discount. I highly recommend this store.

Called in about my broken charging port on my Galaxy S6, and i didnt know that it had wireless charging capabilities. instead of upselling me on an expensive repair, the man i was talking to just simply informed me of that, and i really appreciate it. definately coming in when i have a real problem to be fixed.
