“Just wanted to say a special thanks to clinic staff for help with a border collie we found on the road without a tag. It was a late Sunday afternoon and all shelters and county dog services were unavailable. We were unable to keep him until Monday. Clinic staff very helpful with locating his chip and attempting to contact owners. Phone disconnected so they did supply us with an address in an apartment complex. Story went on quite a bit longer but we finally located owner. We are thankful that the clinic was available on Sunday and willing to help.”

We have some pups and a cat with some interesting (and rare and mind blowing) medical concerns and they have truly gone above and beyond in their treatment. We have never had a single negative encounter. Also, they are probably one of the most affordable vets in the area. As a couple of educators who are often pinching pennies, we’ve been so grateful for their efforts to make quality care accessible. ❤️To all you at the clinic: we adore you. We appreciate you. “They provide a much-needed service in this time of vet and vet tech scarcity, and a serious shortage of canine influenza vaccine. You do have to get there way early . And right now they seem to have the CIV. Our vet, and most of the little ones, cant seem to get any”

“We have 3 dogs, small (3 yrs), medium (9 yrs) & large (2yrs). The 2yr old has digestive issues. Came in to search for a new food with a good probiotic. It needs to be a food they can all eat, because, have you ever tried feeding your dogs different things? They are just as bad as kids! They eat out of each others bowls. I had done some research before coming in, and was going to try a few different brands. Fortunately, we chanced upon Katie, who is also one of the trainers there. She was very knowledgeable about the foods and had experience with dogs with food allergies & digestion issues. She recommended a food for us to try. Fingers crossed it works!I like going into the store when I need help. Beyond that I shop online and get repeat delivery. Saves time & money!”

I have never been more satisfied with the level of care, compassion, and simple customer service than I am every time I have to speak to and/or visit the Tualatin Park crew.I have an aging dog, and they have been there at a moment's notice and have been so accommodating whenever something comes up that needs attention.
