What a terrible service they have at this post office, the truth is I have gone several times to send things and I always receive such bad attention that it leaves a lot to be desired, the one in front is called Huyen, very despotic and instead of helping you with the addresses she makes faces at you and answers you angrily, I don't know if it's because she doesn't like her job or because she is very impatient, but the truth is this person should not be serving people because she does not have the minimum education to give proper attention to customers, I really hope they pay attention and remove this lady who is evident at first glance that she does not like what she does, that way you do not want to go to that post office, just because of her face and her bad attitude and customer service...

I can see now why this place has only 2.3 stars and by the time you read this it’ll probably be lower. I’ve never witnessed someone so rude and unhelpful. Doesn’t really know English and wouldn’t answer questions, not sure if that’s because she didn’t understand what I was even saying? Why even have this establishment here when they can’t even help people do the one thing it’s meant to do: mail stuff. She told me to “go home and bring back the package correctly.” I said “can you please help me ship this package?” And she said “no, not my stuff, not my problem, get back in line.” Not to mention the fact the line was piling up and the other staff went to lunch. What a horrible place and a horrible experience to go through when trying to do something as simple as shipping a package. Is this the United States Postal Service? These are the people you have working here? Why? They aren’t there to help, they’re there to tell people they can’t ship because they did something wrong & they aren’t willing to help you correct the problem. They just want you to buy their crap & offer zero advice. I don’t even trust that my package will be shipped, who knows what will happen to it next when you have someone like that working there! This may be the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. All while standing over a sign that says “we’re here to help.” Do not go here, go to UPS or anywhere else but here. She is guaranteed to ruin your day and make your life harder. After I agreed to buy their stupid packing tape, their packaging (even though I had my own) she continued to talk after I stepped out of line to seal my package. I had to tell her that she doesn’t need to keep talking crap after I already agreed to her demands that she refused to help me with because it wasn’t “her stuff.” This is insane that this place runs like this. Hopefully someone in charge sees these reviews and wakes up to the fact that they aren’t doing their job correctly and they’re also untrustworthy.

Both women at the counter this morning (2/20) were super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Extremely nice, too.

Although the website says last pick up on Saturday is 3:30, but It's very often they don't actually pick up the blue box located in the post office.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. One of the women at the counter was condescending to every customer she spoke to, myself included. She berates customers - repeatedly - for every little thing. Just because she’s miserable doesn’t give her the right to take it out on everyone else. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

I would rate this place a zero for customer service. Extremely disrespectful women at the front desk. It’s exactly what everyone else is saying. This individual needs to be fired.

The lock on our box has been broken for a few weeks and this isn't the first time either. So now I get to enjoy waiting in line during the Christmas holiday- sometimes for 40 min just to pick up my mail. I asked the customer service rep (woman who stands in the middle of the checkout) when it will be fixed and she says "I don't know?" in a very rude manner. She refused to give me the Supervisors contact name and number and said go to another location. I know she's frustrated working alone most days when I go there but its not your customers fault and we shouldn't be treated like dirt.
