Mike was absolutely a pleasure and legend to be able to talk to and work with. After being screwed over by unknown costs by other shops and screwy people running stores, Mike was honest, kind, and extremely straight forward with all of the work and they were going to do for with my car. As well as this I am a student and working a minimum wage job so getting a large sum of money is hard to come by, which Mike again was understanding and patient of my situation. Nonetheless great people, great work, these guys absolutely deserve all these five stars and compliments.

Had a difficult diagnostic problem with my converted school bus. Two other diesel shops were unable to diagnose what appeared to be a "limp mode" engine problem. In desperation I took the bus to TTC and had a lenghty discussion with Mike. After listening to my description of the problem he said " I hate to have to tell you this but you need to rebuild the transmission". Sure enough, the rebuild solved my problem. These are the guys you want to go to if you have a transmission problem. They do it right. This was one automotive bill I was happy to pay for.

Normally I wait until after the service but making an exception here.
These people have been amazing. Great group of folks. Know their stuff and very good at updates etc. Very friendly and easy to work with too so far! A transmission job is never something to look forward too but they make it easier to deal with.

I dropped my car off this morning and they looked at my car and we’re extremely honest about what is going on with my car. I will never go to a dealership again. Also, if you need differential or other work done this place does it all. This is a place I could trust my mom or grandparents, family and friends to take their vehicle and know they will not have unnecessary charges or made up excuses as to why they need to replace something. So if you want a great company with great work. I highly suggest this place. You won’t be disappointed. :) thank you for your honesty and service I will definitely be back again! You guys rock!

John and his team are consummate professionals. Discount to Veterans and approvals by other family members using their service lead me to them over states lines. I live in Washington state. They took my working van in for a quick code reading on diagnostics and gave me their proposal. They refused any payment for diagnostics and their time. Asked me for their service when it was time to bring it in. Amazing customer service.

I cannot say enough about this place. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quoted a reasonable price and then ended up charged me less than the quoted price, estimated a reasonable time for repairs and then finished the work early, and were generally professional and laidback and sympathetic to my car woes.Service: Transmission
