We have been taking our cars here for maintenance for a couple years now. Andrew made sure my little honda was ready for the road trip we just took to Vegas! They are always willing to answer all my questions and I appreciate their honesty. Definitely recommend!! ?

Chandra and all of the team at Tualatin Auto Repair are very knowledgeable and truly do great and honest work! I will ONLY go to them for repairs. Chandra saved my van out of a situation, so that I could pass DEQ and be current on my tags. I have nothing but great things to say about Tualatin Auto Repair! They do an amazing job!

Called them to get an estimate for replacement of two items on my car. Was told that I would need to pay $150.00 before they would give me an estimate. I wasn't coming to them saying, "I don't know what is wrong!" I had something I wanted done and I know what it is. They said they needed to do a "diagnostic". Seriously? If I wanted my cabin and engine air filters replaced, they won't do it until they charge me $150 to tell me they are needing replacement? Sketchy as all heck. Stay away.

Back in October of 2023 I was at kaiser Permanente, getting back into my truck the start decided to mess about, after 10 or so minutes hitting it with a pole it finally started, went to the closet mechanic being these guys. I dropped it off around 8ish and a few hours later they called me saying it's all done. A week prior I had a toyota dealership quote me $600 for just the starter, these guys did the whole job for less than that. They helped me out all in one day, and I finally remembered to leave my review. It was a used started from another toyota but still works, just happy with all the work they did!

Our check engine light came on and we were recommended Chandra and his sons by some close friends of ours. He was super amazing and helpful by making time for us during this busy week after the ice storm and found that our coolant temp sensor needed repair and our RPM needed adjusting after being way too high. He kept in constant contact, worked thoroughly with us, and got our repair done all in the same day. If you're in the area and your car needs some love, Chandra will give you 110% and more I promise you that. We'll be going to him for all future work, thank you so much Chandra!

Chandra and his sons at Tualatin Auto provide an 11/10 customer experience. They are kind, quick and fair. They squeezed me in last minute when my brakes were scaring me and they went above and beyond- Getting it done same day, moving their schedules around, and Chandra even gave my child and I a ride home so we didn't have to wait at the shop for my car to be done. You will get a great deal and have an excellent customer experience here, I always recommend Tualatin auto to everyone!

Chandra and his crew is just amazing! They were able to help me with a very unexpected windshield wiper issue when no other repair place would help me, not even the actual Nissan dealer! There were no parts anywhere in Oregon but they found one in Southern California and had the part here and car fixed within 12 hours and at a VERY good price. I have now found my "go to" repair shop for all my auto needs. Thank you again guys!

I came in today to get the very old used car I just bought inspected, and luckily it seems all is good! Chandra was extremely charismatic and had a very positive energy. It was very busy but he still was super quick to help me. He had me drive forward and back a few times to make sure the brakes looked good, told me I should be all good to go and just come back if I had any issues. So far, so good! He didn’t charge me anything and wished me a great day. I LOVE seeing honest, hard-working, and trustworthy mechanics. It can be hard to come by nowadays but I trust Chandra and this business! I’ll definitely be coming here in the future anytime I need a repair! Thank you!
