“Great place to be on a rainy moving day, for sure. This facility is clean as a whistle.
No elevator for upstairs storage units however.
Even the biggest box truck fits inside , out of the elements”

“Paula was fantastic! Service at both pick up and drop off was friendly, professional, and efficient.The pick up location along the mural blocks near OMSI/Water Ave was very convenient for downtown access and the actual office was very clean and clearly well maintained. *Yes, it is an area with frequent transient activity/ encampments so I wouldn’t leave your personal vehicle there, but using basic awareness and social-respect measures it’s not a major issue or reason to shy from this great location.”

“Only been there for a month. Close in storage at newer facility. Easy access. Turning lanes adequate fory vehicle and trailer. Only downside is the location of the entry gate access box which is too far to right and is not extended from its base for ease approach to the hate.”
“Great experience! Ladies working in the office were all friendly and nice. Van was in good condition... and had a backup camera! Return was quick and easy. Parking lot is small/full so you may need to move the van out first, then park in the van's spot like I did.”

“I had a great experience with this U-Haul. We needed to drop off a truck and storage very last minute and they were able to handle everything. I wish they had larger storage options available. (The biggest was a 10x10). That being said I really apricate the help and that things like the lock were included. The storage complex is climate controlled and indoor. The staff is a pleasure to work with. The complex itself is very clean and kept up.”
