“Fine place, people were nice and my stuff wasn't stolen. I did have to wait a little while to wait for lost & found man to return, but other than that, no issues occurred. The guy who picked up the phone when I called was real chill as well”
“The Wilsonville shop is the best Russ Tom Wayne Zack and the rest of the crew are great at what they do Best place to get service of all the terminals that Marten transport has.”

Quick same day pickups at the best rate available and great customer service. Brandon has been awesome to work with and we'll continue to work with them as our company expands.”
“Our driver Naima M is very nice and friendly. My kids love her. She truly deserves a kudo and I hope the company sees this and recognizes her. The company as a whole is great! Thank you assist services!”
“I had/have a great experience with this trucking company. Excellent customer service. They are very professional, reliable, and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs logistics services.”
“Way under appreciated, people blame tons of problems to TriMet and they’re just providing a public service. Sometimes an employee may be rude people say, even though I’ve never seen that. But they are probably just having a bad day and they aren’t the representative of the entire agency. It takes way less money to move people by bus or train. Just think about it, it’s like economies of scale. It’s more efficient to have more people on one vehicle regather than many and it takes much less space than a highway. Each max train can carry 186 people according to their manufacturer, Siemens. So a 2 car train moves 372, if there are 4 trains per hour than a line moves 1488 people per hour. Between rose quarter and gateway there’s 3 lines so 12 trains per hour, that means 4,464 people per hour. And yes the trains aren’t always full but that’s because maybe one of the people reading this think it’s horrible and only what people in the 1800s would call “untouchables”.”

For errands, the hourly rates end up making much more sense than going by the day elsewhere and there's no surprise $20 (or so) charge on the bill that I've seen in at least a few places. The only caveat is that their cars do rent quickly at some locations. I'm not the type to book as early as I probably should, and if you know you want a car at a set time a day in advance, it might be a good idea to reserve it instead of hoping it'll be there an hour before you're trying to get somewhere.”

330 SW Washington St Ave, Portland“I note many unhappy customer reviews at this downtown location, but we found our rental satisfactory. The small office is worn, but was only a few blocks from our hotel. Our Costco discount was honoured. Avis's desk has space for only one agent at a time, and their dot matrix printer is slow, so we did have to wait in line. So what's new? Staff are hard to find these days, so we forgave that because it's a new reality in our society. Our car was just fine, and we returned it with no hassle. But we introduced our own problem by leaving two valuables behind which we didn't notice until arriving home in Canada. When we phoned to check, Avis had them waiting! It would have been a simple matter to say they hadn't found them, but manager Mr. Abukar went to extra effort to ensure their safe return. Thank you for your honesty and good luck.”

“Very professional & easy to work with. Shipped a pallet of boxes for my move from FL to OR & everything arrived right on schedule. Nothing was broken & entire pallet looked just as it did when picked up. Drivers were very friendly, curtious & accommodating. They worked with me to find solutions for the obstacles to picking up & delivering at a residential address. Would highly recommend them!”
