The employees were super nice and helpful. Customers sadly let their children ransack the place and throw clothes and toys everywhere. Not the employees but the customers should be more responsible.

Store is always stocked and organized.
Great staff! Good customer service and when there are long lines they do their best to accommodate customers.
The management has 20+ years between them; knowledgeable on store policy. A big reason why this store is such a success in the community.

In the past I've had trouble finding cat supplies, recently I've been looking for dog items. T.J. Maxx has a terrific selection.I returned the first week of January. There is only a fraction of the amount of dog supplies as there was before. I wonder if the large amount was for Christmas. Maybe it is just like their other products, completely variable depending when you go. You never know what you're going to find. Pet supplies aside, I went in looking for socks and found half a dozen other items as well.

I stopped by at this store yesterday 01/03/24 to return items and look at the home area and handbags area. I was able to find two kitchen towels that is Valentine's theme one have dogs on it and the other have cats on it. Also, I was able to find a black Coach handbag for $119.99, which is an affordable price. I always stop by here whenever I am in the Tualatin-Sherwood Rd area. Staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Keep up the awesome customer service!

Former employee here - ALL my paychecks were much smaller than they should have been and management dodged and refused my requests to have access to my pay stubs. Definitely shady as hell. I received no training upon starting the job (processing in the back room). I worked 8 hours a day 5 days a week and never received a check more than $150….run me my money TJX!!!

I always find something to love at T.J. Maxx, though it's rarely what I'm looking for. This time I wanted a colorful cardigan, but instead found several other warm tops perfect for my new job, just in time for winter. Prices are so affordable.
