T.J. Maxx is a favorite shopping location where customers always find cute things and terrific selections, including high-quality, brand name, and designer fashions at amazing, affordable prices. The store is always stocked and organized, though its inventory is completely variable; you never know what you're going to find. Customers report finding items like a black Coach handbag, Valentine's theme kitchen towels, and warm tops, even when they were looking for something else like a colorful cardigan or specific pet supplies. The staff is very friendly, helpful, welcoming, and provides great customer service. Management is knowledgeable on store policy. When there are long lines, employees do their best to accommodate customers. This excellent service is a big reason why the store is such a success in the community. Customers definitely recommend it and often stop by whenever they are in the area.
The employees were super nice and helpful. Customers sadly let their children ransack the place and throw clothes and toys everywhere. Not the employees but the customers should be more responsible.
