Casual and athletic clothes with a California vibe, I can see why a lot of teenagers like this store. They have winter coats, rain gear, sneakers, pants, tops and some accessories. Not my style, but it serves a niche.

I was greeted by a wonderful young man named Baxter last week at Tillys. He was professional friendly and very helpful. Baxter helped me choose presents for our daughter and had great fashion sense. I will definitely shop at Tillys in Tualatin again and thank you Baxter.

I came in to buy my son a graduation gift since this is his favorite store and we're here often. Never again. I found some swim shorts directly underneath a sign that said "Boys Shorts 30% off". At the register, they rang up full price. I pointed this out to clerk who walked with me to the rack and acknowledged they were, indeed, under the sign. She called her manager who said, " no, it's all the other ones." I pointed out I would have no way of knowing this as a customer. She said "well the majority are on sale but not Rip Curl." When I pointed out there were multiple Rip Curl short styles all right together under the sign, she shrugged. As a single mom, price was a factor for me but had she at least acknowledged or apologized, I probably would've paid full price. I was calm & reasonable but on principle canceled my sale. The manager did so without a word or eye contact. Horrible customer service and I have better use of my money and time then to spend it here.

Went in for a pair of shoes, and the customer service was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. It’s not common to see happy retail workers. Everyone working today was amazing.

I think the clothes are alright. However, don’t buy the cheap jewelry. It has lead in it! Staff was pleasant and nice!

Size charts are not very accurate online. Cannot get a synced data match to what they have in stock nearby versus what has to be shipped in. I would sooner shop at a Fred Meyers than this place.

The manager and staff we extremely helpful and nice to myself and kids. I was in a rush and the manager and a staff member tag teamed to help us get what we needed really fast. Kids were happy and able to get shoes they wanted and clothes all in about 15-20 min. The staff was a little flustered but always helpful but, I was demanding and rushing. The staff was still always polite to me and the kids joking and making the experience worth going back to shop with them again.
