Seriously best Club in Oregon. It’s always THE STAFF that somehow matches the impeccable facility. Currently SHC has The Best SPIN Sessions on PLANET EARTH. Join now , literally now . You will always enjoy the Club but Angel and Edwin will eventually move on . They are the best instructors EVA . The music absolutely rocks and somehow they set The Example on how to push yourself no matter what .Seriously after my first class with Angel I was so confident I ran a 10 k that weekend . I ran every step . I’m 57 , I’ve never run that far in my life . Thanks Angel and Edwin , I had a small fire brewing inside it’s growing every class . I’m going to hit peak fitness capacity this year . SHC for life baby

Wow, this is an actual place to work out! Took a tour of the Power Palace a while back, what a disaster that was. So happy I found this place, well worth the extra money.

Great gym with many equipment and friendly staff - for the most part. Parking could be better

Excellent club. Friendly instructors. New equipment. I like that the pool is heated and uses the saline system. Marie is my favorite instructor.

Not the place to go if you just want to work out. It's more of a tennis club, but even that appeared pretty bleak. They do have a large, ordinary pool, but it was under construction.

Gorgeous facility, welcoming people even if you're diverse or a minority (I am LGBTQ and not the only one around), great programming, enticing pool, family friendly. This place has become my home away from home. I drive past other gyms to get to SHC because I don't think I would enjoy Orangetheory and smaller places don't offer the same diversity of activities. Highly recommend.

They want nothing to do with diversity and other ethnicities but white. So excluded this club- This does not go for everyone there as some are very kind-but my experience was being judged horribly. Never again... Was so exited about this place.

"A place where everybody knows your name... and you're always glad you came." [1]My review is based on my membership of one year where I've consistently visited 4x/week. Beginning during the end stages of COVID restrictions, it was so nice to experience outdoor swimming, the hot tub, and social time with other members. Swimming is my main experience at the club so here is what you should know:* Six lane outdoor salt water pool that is open year round (I've done laps in the snow, sleet, and hail).* You can reserve four of the six lanes and it is very competitive to get times, especially during the warm weather months when you are competing for space with the swim team, swim lessons, and aqua aerobics classes.* The other two lanes are left open for first come first serve usage and swimmers are encouraged to share.* The outdoor hot tub is for 14+ over.I have only taken one yoga class at the club and all classes have you reserve your spot. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance or are a no show, you are charged a $10 fee. Personally, I don't mind since the reservation system makes me accountable and if I don't have a reservation, I'm less likely to go workout. The club is a nice mix of serious athletes (I'm surrounded by masters swimmers and triathletes), retirees, and families. Prior to my membership, my teenage son was a member for two years and loved the weight room, sauna, and steam room. The club as been open for awhile and is definitely showing its age and is need of some maintenance upgrades in the pool area. That being said, I have been very happy with my membership here and the personal feel, literally being greet by name when entering and exiting, and the wonderful customer service. This club is very different from the large national chains, so to each their own. Definitely recommend a trial membership at this club as well as others in the area to see which is the best fit for you.[1] I am currently re-watching this classic sitcom and while not aging well in the post Me Too era, still good for a lot of laughs.
