Purchased a couple of mounting plates for exterior spot lights on NOV. 1 only to find out that the order was never processed! It would’ve never been processed had I not called today (NOV 7).
Will update review upon receipt - who knows when!?!?

UPDATE (Nov. 10):
Received the pkg yesterday and everything appears to be fine. I also received a call from their gen mgr, Arthur, who was very apologetic for the mishap, hence, the reversal on my rating. May consider doing business again in the future. Thanks!

Not a good experience here, meant to leave this review last Spring. Purchased a privacy curtain and rod on a Friday going out of town. Came with zero directions after googling and you tubing instructions found out would have to saw the metal rod to fit and the quality of the product was poor. Came back to their store immediately after my trip to return it. Young kid working there said he was going to have to charge a restocking fee and when I said that wasn’t acceptable he got his manager who came in with an immediate bad attitude and said what’s going on? Even though the kid just delayed the entire conversation. I said I’m just trying to return this item that doesn’t work for my van but am not willing to pay a restocking fee when it’s no posted anywhere and nobody said anything about it. Manager says it’s on our website. Well I’ve never even visited your website I came in to your store and purchased in person. I said I own my own businesses and I know you can not just charge customer fees without notice. Manager said “yea I can smell it on you” implying he smelled Cannabis and I was doing something wrong or illegal. I replied “Sir that was very rude and uncalled for, we live in a legal recreation cannabis state who are you to tell me that because I smell of weed I’m not entitled to return a product I purchased from you? He looked me in the eye and said I’m sorry and tried to shake my hand. Deplorable behavior by the manager. Go to Van Specialties in Tualatin they’re good and honest people there

My RV needed some semi involved work. Took it to Wilsonville Mercedes. Had to wait 8 days to get a diagnosis and quote. Quote was 3200. Felt off. Called Sprinter Store. Quoted me 1500 for same exact jobs, and they were done in 2 days total. Quoted price matched the actual price to a cent. These guys are top noth and have a new customer. 100% happy with them, definitely strong recommend!!

Thank you for providing a product as advertised in a timely manner.
I previously purchased 2 different swivels for my Ford Transit van passenger seat, from other vendors. Both were cheaper and returned as not what was advertised. As usual, you get what you paid for.
I called and explained what I wanted. Your representative explained you carried exactly what I needed but it was on backorder. He said my name would be added to the list for first shipment available. Emails kept me updated on shipment status.
Swivel was received and was exactly what I needed. Was able to install within an hour.
Thanks for providing quality products and services. Next time I'll go with quality instead of looking for cheap.

The support team at Sprinter Store is top notch. I had an end tie on my sway bar snap a few months ago and I was delaying on working on that since it felt like a big project I didn’t have the time or resources for right now. I read the warranty process for the Hellwig parts from my original order and it said I needed to send parts back before I could get a new one. Well I don’t have the luxury of any type of lift, so to do that process twice was kind of a deal breaker. I decided I would just see if I could buy a new end link. When I reached out about a new part, the SS support team took the photos I had and within one day had a new end link shipping my way, under warranty, and said I don’t have to return the broken one. It was a huge relief to know the admin side of this job was taken care of so quickly and easily. Wonderful team of people!

I bought the passenger swivel adapter for my Promaster, and purchasing from SprinterStore was far and way the most economical product I found when comparing options. I will say there was limited install instructions provided with the product which is why I docked 1 star, but when I reached out to customer service, their team was quick to respond and sent videos to walk me through it, which was very helpful.Would recommend to other van enthusiasts
