  I've used them a few times, all OK, but now when I wanted an assisted purchase and sent them money, total disaster. After two months and a lot of emergency calls, they canceled the assisted purchase without giving a reason, when I want to return the money, I've been waiting for them for a week without any answer.

  Don’t ever use them. They will try to freeze your account “on security review” leaving your expensive packages stuck while they don’t answer the phone so there’s no way for you to resolve it.

  Definitely not recommended. Items are not properly managed or received. They only charge a fixed fee and do not respond to inquiries. It was the worst situation.
