Anything related to table saws, or chop saws this is where you should go. They are the best in the business hands down.

Excellent saws, great company, I've had my saw for 3 years and as a general contractor/finish carpenter I've never had a problem with it and it's been so great to use! The instruction books are a wealth of information, the books for assembly are crystal clear. Top notch saw and it is 100% worth it if you value your safety.

I am a cabinet maker and I opened my workshop seven months ago. At first I decided to buy another table saw which I wish I had done and in the end I decided to buy a Saw stop. I also bought a large sliding table. After seven months I still haven't found anyone to install the large sliding table for me. I contacted the agency and the company many times, but they couldn’t introduce anyone to me, and another point is that unfortunately the agency people do not have enough information and only want to sell. During this time, I have lost many jobs due to not having a sliding table. I'm not sure about keep my saw anymore. I was going to keep my fingers for the rest of my life and now I've lost my nerve and motivation to work.

After the false trigger, I had an expensive $300.00 repair for a blade and cartridge to get it working again, the saw only had a couple hours on it when it triggered. After a few emails back and forth and a phone call, it got sorted, a bit of challenge but worked out in the end.In the end Customer service did make it right.Thank You

After my boyfriend (Active-duty US Navy) went through a table saw incident while building a table, I began to research the Sawstop products to try and avoid such an incident again. I decided I wanted to purchase one and emailed the company to find out if they offered discounts for active-duty military. I found out they do not, which is their preference. That aside, the complete and utter disrespect and indifference they showed for his position - not so much as a "We unfortunately do not offer military discounts, but please thank him for his service" - was enough to keep me from purchasing from them. On the contrary, they disregarded his injury, said they get hundreds of those stories a day, and that it's cheaper to buy a stop saw than pay medical bills. As a courtesy, I replied that they are missing out on a huge demographic by not even trying to appeal to our service men and women. This was again countered by a sales pitch and the fact that they don't need to - their product is just so great. It must be nice to live in a country where people will die for you and you can spit on them.
