Had worked here for a year. I was laid off as a result at beginning of covid(which I didn’t mind as I had a new job lined up already). They were always strict about timing. Working in actual manufacturing will make you think you’re in middle school. There was never any trust between mfg and management. Safety ambassadors were never rotational and they somehow abused the limited power they had. I was previously threatened by one and was forced to clean up after them despite it NEVER being a responsibility. The final straw before looking for another job wasn’t being told of opportunities to move up the chain and never being presented them the whole year working there, but after receiving a call on shift over the death of a relative; having my manager peer into to see if I actually care about the death to just thoughtlessly ask if I could still finish the rest of the shift.a lot of laws have been broken there, including asking of symptoms of illnesses as well as many other inappropriate topics. It’s clear where the care was being placed

Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. Like others said, the little guy that runs the place, is a tyrant. They will use you until your health fails, then dump you. Don't be fooled by the "state to the art" filtration system, you will lose a lung. Your hands will be trashed in a matter of months. Years of recovery. My coworkers were dropping like flies due to their hands failing.

I gave it two ⭐ only because I worked there for 7 years and made a little $$. The "so called head " of the company gets a high off his power trip. He will never be Jeanie Gianella. She has brains AND ❤️. Leaving this company was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Can't quite bring to words the level of unprofessionalism the current president of this company conducts business with on a daily basis! The "GOD" complex this individual projects onto not only employees but prospective customers as well is overwhelming! A definite "buyer beware" situation!

These folks have their priorities in the wrong position. Defending stupidity, incompetence and not training personnel on products they sell will produce costly problems with the manufacture of trailers and towing devices. We will let our local distributors and colleagues know with our informative blogs and youtube classes.
