Garbage - I purchase the socks with a picture of my Blue Pit. The socks came back with the pic of my dog but Orange and Brown! It looks NOTHING like my dog! I contacted them and shared my experience and they took NO responsibility and said it was due “to the lighting in the room”!! Completely unaccountable. I spent $35 on custom socks that look nothin like my pet! This was a Christmas gift for my fiancé and it was completely spoiled. I would NOT recommend!

Below was my initial review. I did finally hear from Pet Party and they have refunded for the items mentioned. I’ll leave the review in place … but thank the Customer Service team member who finally responded and resolved the issue. >>>>> I’m so disappointed in my experience/order with Pet Party. I’ve tried to get in touch over the last week to try to get the issue resolved (the socks look terrible - Maincoon cat photoshopped poorly resulting in a cat that looks nothing like mine, and other cat’s white hair turned yellow???) and there has been no response. Just sent another feedback form in - but very frustrated that no one has gotten back to me. It’s funny - I had a question before I placed the order … got a response quickly then! I had heard / read great reviews about this company which is why I ordered. I regret it now!

Super excited about my sock purchase! They look great and came in quickly. The edit of our dog being cut away from the background in the pictures I provided was perfect. My special request edit instructions were followed exactly. Thank you for an amazing job!!

I ordered an oven mit from pet party with my dogs face on it… and loved it! So much so, I bought a mug for my dad soon after. It was so cheap and cheezy looking, I think I actually cringed. My dad would love any product if it had his granddaughters faces on them, however this cup was soooo bad! I had to come up with a new Father’s Day gift, as he deserves something that isn’t CHEAP. I asked for a refund, but was denied. So naturally, I will not be ordering again from pet party.

The design is cute but the mask doesn't fit well at all. The material doesn't seem very durable either. I can't return it because it's custom so I guess now I have a souvenir from covid. Oh well

I ordered 24 pairs of custom socks on December 2 and sent the images right away. I asked for confirmation everything was received and never heard back. I followed up just over a week after that because a second order I had placed shipped before this one. I received word they didn't get the photos the first time so I resent them two more times....in total I sent the images at least 3 times and each time asked for confirmation they were received (which I never received until 7 days ago) . This order was almost $500; they told me they would upgrade my shipping because they JUST shipped the order yesterday (12/19) but when I tracked the order this morning, they didn't. Now I won't have my gifts until it's too late. I wouldn't order anything from here again. Terrible experience.
