Never open anymore during business hours! Very annoying to drive there and it’s closed when it’s supposed to be open. Today was the 3rd time this as happened in 2 weeks! I’m sticking to PetSmart from now on.

BEWARE of the employees promoting the Petco Vital Card membership and saying, "you can cancel anytime." No. They are LIARS!! Just like Adobe, you can only cancel your renewal for the service, but employess DO NOT TELL YOU YOU ARE LOCKED INTO PAYING THEM FOR A FULL YEAR WITH NO WAY TO GET OUT. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I went in today getting supplies for a new 10 gallon tank for a betta. The associate, Janae, was so well informed on their care and helped walk me through everything I needed to set up a live planted tank. I had such an amazing experience and would highly recommend anyone needing help setting up a tank ask for her!

My husband and I will drive out of our way to come to this Petco. We have several pets but the last two times we have been there we have been coming for fish. We have had the pleasure of Brandon helping us the last couple of times. He is amazing, he takes his time, he explains things to us he gives us advice. He makes the trip worth it! This store also stocks fun and unique plants for aquariums, we can't get at other stores.

I was abke to buy a pair of scratching posts from my phone, to take advantage of a 10% discount and the employees were happy to process the order while i was there rather than making me wait until the next day. They were very understanding and helpful. I'll be dropping by more often rather than by their competitors.

I went in to price aquariums. A young man came and asked if I needed any help. Let me know about the sale. I ended up buying the aquarium and he graciously carried it out to my car for me.

I love my Petco store. I have a new puppy now 8 months old. Every time I go and need help with how to care for my pet they are always happy to help me. Yesterday I needed my dog to stop pulling on walks and they helped me I tried it in the store and instant fix. Thank you Brandon I believe his name is.
