As hard as it is to part with sentimental objects the team at Cap Pawn were incredibly helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I've had and right next door is a luxury store that has an amazing collection of gorgeous purses. The store is clean and everyone seems committed to providing a great experience (unlike my ex-husband).”

As I needed a replacement. This pawn shop was beyond gracious, but was so super helpful, and so efficient. They took real good care of me and met my needs. I walked away a very ‘HAPPY CAMPER’. “So pleasantly surprised! I thought it MUST be some long time unwritten rule that Pawn shops MUST adhere to a certain ‘temperament’ and ‘script’ shall we say, that can be quite unpleasant and abrasive! I cringe internally, even when driving by a sign that says ‘Pawn’. Until coming here that is! Staff is friendly, polite and very informative-and no shenanigans! Oh, and FAIR!!My experience was and is A+++++!! Thank you!!”
