I spoke with Thor of Mule Outfitters at the PNW Expo in Redmond about a rivet that had broken on our Alu-Cab Awning. He scheduled us in on the 3rd of July and said it would take about half an hour. Much to see at Mule in Tualatin while we waited. Ten minutes later the repair was complete! They also replaced a companion rivet nearby just in case there was any hidden damage to that rivet. Talk about going above and beyond…they also didn’t charge us for the repair.
High marks to Thor and the crew at Mule.

Mule Expedition Outfitters (Mule) of Tualatin, Oregon, offers a master class in outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding my expectations. I brought in my 2022 Jeep Gladiator for upgrades and recommendations, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Thor Johnson, my point of contact and advocate, was welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He was fully invested in ensuring I received high-quality work and an exceptional experience. Thor patiently and promptly answered all my questions, both in-store and during the build process. He always followed through on his promises, providing reliable and trustworthy information. His thoughtful explanations and recommendations were perfectly aligned with my upgrade goals and budget. It was clear that Thor and Mule prioritized the correct parts for my Jeep's functionality over the most expensive options. With Thor, it was never about getting the sale; it was always about getting things right.
The skilled service technicians at Mule worked tirelessly to upgrade my Jeep, even correcting previous shops' mistakes before proceeding with the new work. Their pride in their work and each other was evident in their interactions and the quality of their builds. It was great to see their genuine excitement about my upgrades.
The store is well-stocked with items for the perfect outdoor adventure, and the salespeople are enthusiastic about sharing in customers' upgrade journeys. Although there may be a wait for service due to their high demand, it is well worth it. The employees are professional, genuine, and fun to talk to, reflecting the quality of Mule culture and work. From now on, I won't take my Jeep anywhere else.

My wife and I just picked up our 2024 Hawk,
Four Wheel Camper and we couldn’t be happier. Rob, Randy, and their team helped us every step of the way with the build out, special items, payment, and installation.
They helped us plan ahead to mitigate potential future problems, and their insight was on point.

Love the team at MULE, bought a four wheel camper from them and were super helpful with all my questions and concerns like should I get a queen or king sized bed. They also helped dial my suspension in so my truck drives amazing with and without the camper !

I looked to Mule Expedition for their solid reputation for legit product, and expert advice for my suspension upgrade, and it certainly paid off. There were no frilly sales pitches. Just the professional advice to help me come to an educated choice of product, which continued during my entire experience. I also want to add that as an Aerospace Engineer, I look for attention to detail and I was pleased to see just that on the installation and body mount chop. I couldn't be more satisfied!

The stellar crew at Mule Tualatin are a group of experienced, knowledgeable and friendly bunch that run a tight-knit shop. The team here can all be found on offroad trails so they know what it takes to build a capable and dependable offroad build.
Thor and Randy are helpful in walking you through a build and taking the guesswork out of what's best for your needs. Thor helped me source specialty parts, with manufacturer warranty and has always been super helpful and always has a smile.
Rob has been very helpful with all things related to my Four Wheel Campers purchase, install and warranty!
All of the service techs including Brendan and Kyle have done high quality work and I always trust them on my truck to have high attention to detail and make installs look easy, like they would come from the factory.
Ian, Jenni and the whole team always strive for the utmost quality and customer satisfaction, and the whole team always meets deadlines.

These guys are great! Very knowledgeable. I had a FWC that I had an issue with and these guys diagnosed and fixed the issue in just a few hours. Even more important they are friendly. I went in there just to check the store out and legit feel like I made genuine friends by the time I left. These are good dudes that are good at what they do.

We bought a Four Wheel Camper from the Tualatin Mule location. Rob was very thorough and made it happen in a tight time line. He was great to work with! Also had great interactions with Thor and got some good advice on some accessories we needed for a trip. Professional and friendly crew. Definitely recommended.

I drove a long way for our Alu Cab. Looked like a quality shop with trained technicians. We were not disappointed. They did an outstanding job on the install. From every aspect quality people and quality work. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to share my experience and condinued experiences with MULE. My wife and I are new to the OFFroad and overlanding scene. We have always been a bit intimidated as a result. However one day we decided to go into the store. We were in the market for a RTT. Ian greeted us and was super nice and friendly he immediately set us on ease. He answered all our questions and let us take our time and actually climb into the RTTs they had displayed on the floor. The whole experience was just great. We did shop at a couple other store options but due to how we were treated we decided to give MULE our business.
When we returned we were greeted by Jenny. And she picked up right where Ian left off on our prior visit.. Super friendly, helpful, nice. We bought our iKamper and Decked system then.
And we keep coming back to MULE for all our needs. Thor is my go to! Very nice young man that is very helpful and makes our experience a pleasant one every time.
Recently I got my suspension upgraded and right before my appointment I got sick. So I didn't have to delay or incur any cancelation fee due to how last minute it was(the day of), they worked with me and actually came and picked up my truck so I did not have to reschedule. And that was bumming me out more than anything, having to wait longer for the suspension upgrade. But anyways who does that?! Obviously, due to the close friends/family atmosphere and/or relationship they helped foster, I trusted them.
I'd recommend MULE for all your overlanding and offroad needs. Ask for Thor, Jenny, Randy, or even Ian. Great group.
