6464 SW Borland Rd Suite C-5, Tualatin“Had a great experience here. Make a reservation and have your lab order. Wait was maybe 30 mins due to my doc not having sent in my lab order so they had to manually add it while I was there. Others were arriving and moving right through the system as I waited, so have to imagine many more people would give high ratings if they took the time to do so. Blood draw by Carol was near painless and well worth the 30 min wait.”

1155 SW Morrison St #200, Portland“Efficient practitioner, easy to schedule, convenient. More explanation on the website about what service one needs for a test kit and what "processing" means would be helpful.”
“These reviews were on point. They were so quick with results. The front desk receptionist was so kind and patient with me. Friendly and fast service! Highly recommend this place 10/10!!”
“Here at JSE Labs, you can find the most reliable and accurate testing. Furthermore, their prices are reasonable. I occasionally used other places that charge twice as much and expedited was tripled the price. Save money get your hazardous material testing labs done here.”
“Ashley did a fantastic job drawing my blood today, as she did a few months ago! Other phlebotomists have found the job to be difficult (which made it painful for me), while Ashley was able to preform the draw essentially painlessly and very efficiently (my draw requires 14 tubes). I am VERY appreciative to her for both her skill and kindness.”
“ZRT is the lab of choice for all of my alternative medicine providers. They are professional and provide a quick turnaround. Whenever I have a question about a test, they are available to answer. I have no idea why there are negative reviews here. ZRT is a great lab company that you can absolutely trust.”

17649 SW 65th Ave, Lake Oswego“Cute lil’ drug testing hut, excellent shrubbery out back.
Loved the sterility of the bathroom walls! For sure the most comfortable piss of my life.
Think of the place like a giant, beautified porta potty—for science.”
“Prism has been life-changing for me. The care I receive from this group has been deeply useful during my transition. They aren’t perfect as they’re working within a flawed system. But they show up to serve our community every day and they do an amazing job. It can be a challenge to get started with them, as their waitlist can be a bit long. This is a sign of their curse of success. Over my few years with them I have seen them expand services as quickly as they can. Be patient with them and they will do everything they can for you.”
“Quick in and out. Very caring blood drawer. (Vampire). Very accurate no problems. She xplained everything and only needed one jab to get the seven vials of blood”
“Allyson Munson is the best doctor I have ever seen! I've been continuing to see her for the past 7-8 years now, even with a 30-minute drive. Their staff is always helpful and the environment has always been clean. Highly recommend!”
“This lab is the best lab that Providence has. Most of the phlebotomists are really really good and get me on the first stick. They are human, and some make mistakes, but they do so with compassion and understanding that this isn't any patients favorite thing to do. Patients don't realize that this is a specialty. Nurses miss constantly and so do doctors. The phlebotomists here train for this and it takes a lot of practice to be good, but they are still human. They are also extremely short staffed at this location, so they are doing the best they can with the circumstances. Also, for the review from the angry parent on here, they need to realize that when your child is screaming and is so angry that they are moving a lot and they can't be held down, its not only a danger to the child and parent, but also the phlebotomists. If your kid is not able to be held down, they miss a vein because the kid moved. And if they proceed with a draw and the kid moves again, the needle could hurt the kid by ripping out and could stick the parent or phlebotomists. If they don't feel safe to do their jobs, then don't throw also tantrum because your child is throwing a tantrum. I also know people in this profession and was a phlebotomist myself. They have charts on the wall telling them how much they can take based on weight. Let them do their jobs even if it means turning a patient away because they don't want to be bitten, kicked, or accidentally stuck with a needle because your child can't be contained. I understand its scary for kids, but if it's that scary and your kid can't be controlled for the 5 minutes it takes, then call child services and they can administer nitrous to calm them.”

13485 NW Cornell Rd, Portland“Quick and professional. Tech had no trouble finding my elusive vein.
Reviews of this site had me concerned, but I went ahead since it was closest lab to where I was staying... and couldn't have had a better experience. Appt at 2:20, out at 2:31.”

9555 SW Barnes Rd Ste 220, Portland“The staff here have been great! My first visit I had my lab order as a PDF and was able to send it to them by email - glad they gave me a heads up that it can take a while to receive the emails though! On my second visit I had trouble with the check-in kiosk, which I wasn't expecting but they had the right info from my doctor's office so it worked out fine. I haven't had to wait longer than an hour to get labs done so far (both times during a weekday, so that probably helped!)”

18040 SW Lower Boones Ferry Rd #102, Tigard“I'm giving LabCorp 5 stars because they have improved immensely since I last visited right after they took over running all of Providence's labs.I went on a Monday morning first thing. I arrived at 645 for their 7am opening and I was 3rd in line. I was on my way home by 730am. It appeared they had 7 or 8 phlebotomists working, compared to maybe 2 or 3 when I last visited 6 months ago (and waited more than an hour despite arriving before opening). When I left at 720 there was a long line - maybe 20 people - but it appeared to be moving at a consistent rate with someone else called every few minutes. The staff person I interacted with was friendly enough and very good - found my hard-to-find vein on the first poke.I do find it's best to arrive before opening to get in and out as fast as possible, but I am glad they are improving wait time. This lab still closes at 330 due to staffing issues, however.”

2725 SW Cedar Hills Blvd Ste 255, Beaverton“I made an appointment the day before online. Checked myself in on the kiosk, like we’re supposed to do. Everyone was nice despite the previous reviews and having my 9 month old in a stroller with me. Out of there in less than 10 min. Coming to this one again for sure!”
“Robert, Megan, and Stephanie were extremely kind when assisting with my urine panel. It was easy to get checked in and we conducted my urine panel with quickly with minimal disruption to my day. It’s not often you have a good experience with a urine panel but the team here was super kind and I felt the need to shout them out! Please, if you are scheduled for a screening at this location, make an appointment over the phone or online to make sure your experience is smooth!”
2 - 5PM 8:30AM - 1PM
17850 Lower Boones Ferry Rd, Lake Oswego“Arrived a few minutes prior to the lab opening at 830, Cynthia was right on time and turned on the ipads so that we could check in. There was a little hiccup about the ipads saying there wasn't availability for us (we weren't not getting drug screens just walk in labs) according to the signs you only need an appointment for drug screens. Bring your lab requisiton into the lab with you and your drivers license. She fixed the iPad issue and got us back promptly. She was efficient, professional, and timely. She is all alone working here. She said she is the only one all day that works at this labcorp. She has a lot on her shoulders, and for all that she has to do, she was rocking it with such a great attitude. I would definitely recommend coming here, but please try and be understanding if it is busy, I would recommend coming earlier in the morning. I would come back here if I ever needed labs again!”

14555 SW Teal Blvd, Beaverton“Was nervous after reading reviews but had a great experience getting my 6 year old’s blood drawn for the first time today. I wish I remembered the name of the gal who helped us. She was so great with my kid and made her feel at ease and was fast! She even engaged with little sister! We were in and out quickly and seen promptly at our appointment time.”
6:30AM - 5PM
9205 SW Barnes Rd, Portland“I guess they have heard all the complaints that were listed on the reviews. I came in today to get my 3 hour pregnancy glucose test done, so I was here for a while and observed foot traffic. There was a receptionist who was there the whole time, and she was very helpful to those who needed to get their orders refaxed over. I often saw people who didn't have any orders in their system get them in, and then they were pulled back within ten minutes. They also seem to have hired someone specifically to help people with the sign in kiosks. They were well staffed, and I saw at least 4 phlobotomists working there. I don't think any of the people who came in, whether they were walk ins or those with an appointment, waited for more than an hour to be seen. I'm pretty sure they all got seen within half an hour or less, honestly. I got called back before my appointment time even started (I signed in at 8:35am for my 9am appointment and was called back at 8:45am). Overall, my impression of the place was a very well run, efficient lab.”
“I am absolutely terrified of blood draws and usually pass out. Also, my veins are small so often times the technician has to try multiple times. NOT SO with VenaCare! Their professionals are so talented and skilled. They've never had to try more than once and I don't even feel the needle at all. VenaCare has made blood draws bearable for me. I have worked with both Frank and Jennifer, who are both miracle workers, but I would bet that anyone at this organization is just as good.”
