They source most (maybe all) of their products in the pnw and after laying on a bunch of mattresses, I can't imagine buying one on line. He helped me decide on best mattress based on my needs, helped make sure the final height of my mattress and box spring was perfect and made every part of the process be easy and efficient. The delivery guys were also perfect. I was so happy after sleeping so comfortably on the new guest bedroom mattress that I went back and bought a second mattress for my own bed. It is sad to see you people leaving bad feedback for good business because they are unable to follow instructions and have 0 communication skills. Oh, and they feel somehow entitled too. Go get your rock soft futon from rock solid people. ???”
