I went into the store looking for mattresses for our spare room. We didn’t want to spend too much on it, given that it won’t have a lot of use. Marc took his time to find us something that was in our cost range, and without having to sacrifice comfort. He’s been absolutely amazing and kept in communication even after the purchase to keep me in the loop with delivery, and made sure things were on schedule. I truly appreciated his friendly attitude and great customer service. I will definitely be back forfuture purchases.

William was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a great conversation about mattresses and did not feel like we were getting a pitch. We mentioned we were heading to a competitors next and he did not say anything derogatory about them, but simply said, “ok, see you after”. He was right, we went back and bought 2 mattresses from him!
