Liberty Water Seal is incredible, they gave top notch service. I had a leak that created mold all over the car, it was nightmare. Paul got back to me right away via phone and gave me a quote and even scheduled a pick up for my car. Anthony called every day while my car was in their hands, giving me real time updates. They had the car for a few days, fixed the leak and cleaned the car from top to bottom - they went above and beyond with communication, detailing and service. My car looks brand new, they performed a literal miracle! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a leak repair and detail.

Would recommend to anyone with water damage, leaks, or mold in their car. They helped clean out extensive mold and water damage from our Honda Accord and had great service and communication the whole time.

I got my water leak “fixed” (the rainy season just stopped being so intense) and this year when the rain started up it was apparent the leak was never fixed correctly. I was going to acces my “warranty” on the repair job here, but i cannot get ahold of them at all. i contacted them over a month ago, and the leak is just as bad as before and i am within the warranty period, but that is ending soon, and the problem remains unfixed. I will happily delete this review if i am contacted and my problem is fixed, but for now, they just seem very scammy.

Sadly, I had a very negative experience with Liberty Water Seal that is similar to the other 1-star reviews.I brought my car into LWS in April due to a leak in my trunk. Paul called me to let me know that the work was done. I arranged to pick up my car outside of business hours, and when I got to the vehicle noticed the trunk was still wet (after a week sitting in the sun). I called and was told it should be fixed, but that if I wanted him to do so that he would take another look. I returned a week later to take the car home after, again, being assured that the issue was resolved.Within a week, the rains had started again and, lo and behold, there was the leak in my trunk again. I called Paul with no response. I emailed with photos of the water leak. Eventually I got identical text and email responses saying that the business was temporarily closed in search of a new location. I checked in several times over the summer - no real update. Flash forward to September. More check-ins, no date of proposed reopening, no updates. It starts raining. My car is wet. I spent $580 on work that was "guaranteed for a year" but my emails are being ignored. It's fine if the business can't complete the repair; however a guarantee is a guarantee. I requested a refund and have not received any response. At this point I need to get the work completed elsewhere to avoid further damage to my car. Disappointing; I strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere, as this business is not honest.

While Paul is a great person, he is not a good business owner or all around a business person at all. He does not communicate with his customers, rather puts it on his daughter to text you or call you, he will not clear his voicemail for CUSTOMERS to leave VOICEMAILS. After over a year of trying to contact them, and not have anyone reach back out, I have come to the point of having to leave a review, until this can be fixed by the owner. I spent close to $500 for them to diagnose my car and "fix" it (as well as it being at their shop for literally a week and a half) they never gave me a proper invoice, after requesting over the phone and text up to 3 times I gave up. Must not be their top priority to give their customer proper documentation on what was done on their car? sounds good! legit right??? My insulation is my car is still getting totally soaked anytime it rains. All around, I hope they realize their faults in their business and try and fix and update them accordingly. All of this has been so extremely unprofessional and it's really sad they have no initiative to ensure customer satisfaction. I am completely happy to remove or update this review once this is actually taken care of! But seems the other one star review had a similar experience to mine. SOLID reason why i don't trust any mechanic in the first place. and for the LOVE of GOD get a work line that takes voicemails.

Liberty Water Seal went out of their way to fit me in when I was on a tight turn around to leave town. They found the leak in my car, fixed it, and returned my car to me days faster than I anticipated. So impressed! I had an awful water leak in my Jeep that was messing with my electrical system and they fixed it quickly and professionally. They were booked up about a month in advance, but now I see why! I could not find another place that would take on this leak, nevermind do it affordably and guarantee the fix for a year! I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Liberty Water Seal and I can't recommend them enough.It's been about two weeks with lots of heavy rain since I picked up my Jeep and not a single drop of water!Service: Auto water leak repair

I called at the end of June and talked with Paul (the owner) about making an appointment for my daughter's car. He told me someone would call me to do the scheduling. I waited for the phone call. Over a week went by and no phone call. I called again. I was finally able to get on their schedule but it was not going to be until September... over two months away. We eagerly awaited for September 13th for the mold remediation & leak repairs. I showed up to my appointment and the office was locked. Scott the person who leases the building to Liberty Water Seal came out to help me. He shared that Paul was not going to be back til October. Scott expressed his frustration that this "no show" situation happens frequently. Scott kindly put Paul on the phone with me because Paul often does not answer his phone. Paul apologized and gave me multiple excuses. He promised to call me back to schedule an appointment for me for the first week of October. I specifically asked, "when will you be calling me back today?" Paul said "..In 2hours." I'm not sure why I was surprised when I didn't hear from him. I proceeded to call him 3other times to try to catch him.. still nothing. I finally got a return call from Paul's number twice, but what was more infuriating. It was a misdial and he left a 2minute voicemail of him talking to his kids in the background. This happened TWICE. The lack of unprofessionalism & follow through from Paul was terrible.

Thanks to Liberty, my leak(s) were finally found! I had already been to two other places as well as a mold remediation place.
It was absolutely worth the extra drive for me. He also fixed the back window seal for free.
