Staff was very friendly . I had difficulty finding my size then discovered when I found what I thought I needed it wasn’t right. The lady was patient and consistently helpful in finding the right fit!

My favorite location to shop Lane Bryant! Not only is the clothing selection great as they have everything you could want Lane Bryant, but it was clean and organized as well. The ladies that work there always make me feel comfortable to ask for anything Iam looking for, they are insightful about style and helping me select pieces that look nice together. My favorite part is I never have to walk around with a hand full of clothes while shopping because they always get me a dressing room right away and make sure they come back to get more items I pick up along the way.

I have purchased my Smoother Hipster panties from Lane Bryant for over 20 years. I love them. When I went to purchase new panties, I learned that this style was discontinued. In desperation, I purchased a pair of Comfort Bliss hipsters. They were over $12 a piece. They didn't fit.They rode up my behind and the flimsy waste band wouldn't stay on my waste. They slid down into my slacks. I was tugging at them to get them in place, and in public, I had to go the ladies room to adjust them. This was ery inconvenient and time consuming. I went back to the store to possibly find a different style. As recommended by the sales person, I purchased the same Comfort Bliss in a smaller size. These were no better.
Lane Bryant, PLEASE bring the Smoother Hipster back!

Very disappointed because I always go to this location. I was never greeted the whole 20 mins I was there. I looked at everything and once I was by the shoes, an employee said politely “excuse me” as she went to another customer. I work in retail and from how I was trained, you learn how to detach from others and multi-tasks. It was just a weird vibe especially there was less than 5 people in the store. I went to the Tanasbourne location and it was a better atmosphere and I was seen and heard.

First, I Hate clothes shopping.Annie made this entire experience a true delight. I finally have a bra that fits (Hello, Girls! ?) and it's cute!The dressing area is spacious and clean. The atmosphere was relaxed, bright, warm and welcoming. The service was stellar!

I had the best customer service ever from Akos. I've lost 100 pounds this year and desperately needed new bras but didn't wasn't to spend a lot of money because I am still losing weight. She helped me go through the clearance section and find what would work best. I am usually uncomfortable with someone in a room with me and measuring me, but she was so helpful and made me feel confident. I got a couple of great bras that are very comfortable and look great and were great clearance deals and I'll be back to work with her! I've had other wonderful experiences from other team members and will need to catch their names in the future and post about specific experiences with them.

The sales associates are always so nice and helpful, if they don't have your size you can order it online and have it sent to the store to save the shipping fee.This is me at the Birmingham Zoo in one of my favorite tops

I myself work in customer service and understand how things should be. Today I was shown a level disrespect I have never seen in a shop before. I walked into this location to be greeted by a female associate who was on her cell phone. When asked if they carried the item i was looking for, I was laughed at and answered with a tone that was as if I was beneath her. She made fun of the item and said she hasn't seen them in three years and only at store like fred meyer and kohl's. She seem put out by my presence and did not want to deal with me. The other associate was polite and working. The one that greeted me was too busy on her phone and to bothered by my request. Unfortunate and sad. It takes no time and little energy to be polite. Torrid however was very kind to me. That is where I made my purchases today. Deep disappointment indeed. Please do better and show respect and help with ridicule. I only asked for a tank top with a bra inside.

These gals are the friendliest, nicest, most warm people. I love this lane bryant. They have really went from old lady wear to sexy, more modern and hip styles. Even in the underwear section! Super sexy options.
