Lada Enterprises is excellent. I first met Ivan, Fred and the team years ago when a section of siding and window flashing on my old craftsman home needed repair due to improper installation during a remodel by a previous owner. I am hard to please, and was upset and frustrated by the issues with my home. Their knowledge and attention to detail both technical and aesthetic was exceptional. Their communication and professionalism top notch. Since then they have done roofing, siding, gutters, and extensive structural rebuilding on two garages for me, as well as a whole house roof, siding, and gutters on another project. I've recommended them to several other people and only received rave reviews. This fall I discovered a new water damage issue related to a different window and siding section in our home. As upsetting as that was, having the confidence of knowing the Lada team would take care of excellence helped a lot. Highly recommend.

Ivan, as the owner of LADA Exteriors, was hired for our windows trim and some loose/damaged siding replacements. Decision was based on the first impression, professional knowledge and detailed step by step estimate. These folks went above and beyond (literally) to take care of our house repairs and included some extra work they noticed, explaining the process completely, before they performed the work. They worked efficiently in a timely manner and cleaned up everything, once the project was complete. I highly recommend this company for any and all house exterior work! Lada Exteriors did a superb job on our Hardiplank siding, gutter repair, and exterior and deck painting. They were very prompt to come out and work up an estimate which was competitive Best of all, they could do all the exterior work and not have to coordinate with two or three contractors. Lada also did interior trim of some new windows and will be replacing a sliding door unit.I was impressed with the work crew’s attention to detail in the siding tear off, prep and installation as well as the prep and execution of the painting. The entire crew were very easy to work with and professional. Ivan was frequently on the job overseeing and helping out and was very knowledgeable and helpful to explore options and contract add-one. He always confirmed with me the colors, what was to be painted which color, which items were to be removed or masked, etc.The entire project went like clockwork, the quality of work is top notch, communication was frequent without being intrusive, and no surprises with budget or scope of work. As a retired project manager I have great respect for Lada Exterior’s professionalism and value provided.I highly recommend Lada Exteriors for any exterior work including siding, gutters, deck repair, windows and doors, and painting. We wanted the cedar shingles on the south facing wall of our house replaced with Hardie plank. We chose LADA Exteriors because of the wonderful reviews and an undisputed reputation of excellent work. We were impressed with how efficient the process was, from the estimate to the prompt completion of the job, even with the unexpected discovery of dry rot in a couple of windows that needed to be remedied. All communications were quickly responded to. They were flexible with our needs and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use LADA Exteriors for our next project.

LADA came to our rescue when we had water damage from bad T-111 siding. Within 2 weeks, we had beautiful new Hardie Plank siding, repaired framing (it had rot), 3 new windows (replacing previous hacked installation). They did an excellent job, always prompt, always explaining and showing in detail what was happening. The price was very reasonable.They also did great work inside, patching the drywall at the new windows.A couple weeks later when the weather permitted, they painted the house exterior. I looks 1000% better than before the repairs and painting. Anyone we show the work is very impressed by the quality of the job "done right".It's a great feeling to have the house in such good shape now!Services: Home renovations

I had Lada replace some sections of worn cedar lap siding on the south-facing side of my 1922 house, as well as install some new flashing at the roof line/window/etc. I got several bids for the project, and although they're not cheap, Lada seemed most equipped to do the job thoroughly. The end result looks great and I was particularly happy with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. On top of that, the crew was friendly and overall Lada seemed more organized and communicative than other home repair businesses/contractors I've worked with. Front to back, done in three days (including painting), stress free.

Lada Exteriors did an outstanding job in replacing our roof, including replacing our skylights and adding a vent. They fully explained the process, answered all our questions and pointed out aspects of the job that we had not considered. They provided us samples of roofing materials in a variety of colors. They also explained the advantages and disadvantages of each type of roofing material allowing us to make an intelligent, informed decision.
