Great knives, horrible customer service. They sent out my knives that were in for warranty service to the wrong address and won't make it rite.

I have a Kershaw model 2031 knife that didn't open well. I took it apart and found that it didn't have two bearings. Contacted Kai to request relacement bearings and they supplied them without question. Unfortunately they sent the wrong bearing that were to thick. Contacted them again and they sent the correct bearings, without question. My knife now opens with authority, making me very happy. Thank you Kai USA for your wonderful customer service.
A happy owner of numerous Kershaw and Zero Tolerance knives.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from Kershaw. I sent in my knife for warranty repair, expecting them to stand by their product. Unfortunately, they returned it without repairing anything, stating that it was not covered under warranty.
This is unacceptable. A company should take pride in the quality of its products and support customers when issues arise. Kershaw's refusal to honor their warranty shows a complete lack of commitment to their customers.
I will not be purchasing from Kershaw again and would advise others to think twice before doing so. It's clear that Kershaw does not stand behind their products or value customer satisfaction.

We sent a set of 5 Shun knives in for servicing; two of the knives had major chips in them (over 2mm), and all were very dull. Kai did an excellent job remedying the chips by removing the affected part of the blade and resharpening them. They look fabulous again! We received them back about 2 weeks after initially mailing them in. They were packaged professionally and the whole process was well documented through email updates and order tracking. Thankful for their good service, it was nerve wracking sending $800 of knives in the mail, but they did a great job start to finish.

I need a knife. Not a kitchen knife. Not a workbench knife. I need a pocketknife. I opted for this Kershaw blade which hit my price point and had decent reviews. I'm very happy with it. It opens smoothly, the blade locks and while the close could be a little easier to execute, it's an impressive piece of machinery. As for the blade, it does a great job at cutting, poking and slicing. So far, it's been a nice box cutter when I don't want to use a razor blade. It's done a great job on a novelty pencil I picked up.I'm pleased and would consider this manufacturer again.

Excellent customer service. The switch on my knife fell off. My knife is only six months old and this was disappointing. On a trip down I5 I stopped in at the warranty center where I was greeted with a nice smile. They didn’t have the small part I needed and immediately offered a new replacement knife. I wouldn’t have expected this and I was very pleased.

I popped in here recently for some warranty work and sharpening. I brought two Blurs in. One needed a rubber insert replaced and the other needed a major sharpening. I also wanted the blades switched back into their original handles. (I had swapped the tanto from a black handle to a brown a handle but couldn't swap back after my torx bit broke.) Everything was taken care of in short order and exactly how I wanted it done.

I sent in my onion 1660 for a blade replacement. I spent $9 for shipping, included the $32 check for the repair. The knife was returned to me unfixed and without a check. Now I have to do a stop payment on the check at my cost, plus the original shipping cost, and I'm not closer to getting it fixed than when I started. I should have stuck to my Benchmade knives instead of dealing with a company with horrible customer service.

Purchased three knives through Amazon. The sharpening service is horrible. I sent a check for payment along with the packaging slip. I packaged it up in my office. All three knives. I received an email saying all three knives were in processing. When the box was returned, I only received to knives. DO NOT SEND YOUR KNIVES IN TO BE SHARPENED UNLESS YOU DO NOT WANT THEM BACK. Kai lost my $150.00 chef's knife and then said that I must not have sent all three knives. There is nothing they can do on their side it shows only two knives received. They say that perhaps I forgot to send in three. I am certain I do not have a chef's knife sitting on my office desk. So, send in at your own risk. You have no way to know what they will say that they received on their end. Highly frustrated.
