Mariana was my Tualatin tax preparer. She was great. Had my taxes done in one day, even though it was tax season, and just 2 weeks before April 15th. My taxes were a little more complicated due to being an independent contractor in two states.

You will get no customer service if needed. You will need to double check all the accounting work. I tried this service because I was getting charges $2k for tax work. This is not worth it. Go to a real CPA and pay the extra money.

I had a great experience this year - as always - and will continue to use HR Block! Every year I go to the Tualatin office and I have had 3 or 4 people help at different times. Always friendly and knowledgeable. :)

nice enough staff but they don't listen very well. had incorrect information repeated back to me several times.the price seams ridiculous, for this year's taxes with 2x w2's they wanted 200$. that would be a 1040ez on paper which I will happily do myself online at a fraction the cost.then I need my taxes from last year done because I lost the w2 and had other problems. 100$ to do those sounded fine. but they wouldn't do any work to find the w2 information. which would have been fine if the employees was still contactable...I would have happily paid 200 for them to just fix last year's taxes but they won't even look untill I get the w2 infoedit 2/14: owner replied with instructions to call a generic 1800 number? what a joke. I'm gonna work with the number and see if the price on the phone matches the one in store.due to generic low quality reply going to 1 staredit 2 2/14: called the number and when I finally got to a person she was shocked I was asking for prices and told me to go to the website. all she was there for was to check refund status ?? if I could go negative stars I would
