They don't exchange leaking or broken vapes. The cashier said "the manager won't let them exchange product or they'll get fired" I've never heard that at any other vape store. Most places encourage you to open in store so you can make sure it works. Won't be going there again

Only one star because I couldn’t go lower. First of all prices are through the roof. Any other vape shop around is significantly cheaper. Their geek bars are 30, which are normally 25 or 20 at surrounding vape shops or convenient stores. All of their geek vapes were fake, first one I bought did not work. One worked for two hits and stopped working. Older gentleman working the store claimed they could not return them or do refunds and they would rather their customers lose money then they lose money. do not recommend. Wasted $30 on a fake product and they wouldn’t do anything about it and were rude

I bought a vape well this is one of many that I have purchased here in the past. Was told to test it out side and if it was bad they would give me a new one. Went outside took a couple puffs and it tasted burnt. Went back inside to be told that doesn’t count. ONLY if it’s doesn’t work/turn on. The only reason why I have 2 stars is being the young lady behind the counter was so sweet. I will shop elsewhere moving forward. **beware**

Just went in and bought a vape, was discounted gamble I guess as there is no returns or exchanges. Paid $15.00 and opened it doesn’t work and juice was all at the bottom. Definitely an unfair purchase why put them out even then. Went back and said is that really how you guys do business and was told it’s at the risk for the customer purchase. Just baffled. Just don’t buy the discounted items. Not worth the gamble.

I have given this shop so many chances it’s not even funny. They continuously sell me the wrong coils. To the point that I got a new tank from them, specifically so it would be easier for them to give me the right coils. The man assured me at least 10 times the coils would work, guess what? They don’t fit the brand new tank. The workers just have zero idea what they’re doing here. I would go somewhere, anywhere else.

Abysmal customer service. Tested out the matcha flum, the flavor was wrong - I know because this is my go to and I've had one this exact off flavor before and it was horrible from start to end. I let them know the flavor was defective, they said I could not switch brands. Selected another flum product and they told me I could purchase it and refused to let me exchange it. None of this made sense, why say I can't switch brands and then not allow me to exchange within the brand. I would love a follow up from management. The employees were distracted, speaking to each other not helping me, they need better training on how to provide adequate customer service.

I was in this morning to get a new piece, and I picked this out which WAS a solid blue apple shape. Got home and with the first hit the blue burned off and chemicals got in my lungs. Called to let them know they are selling these and to get a refund and they said that they had very little wiggle room for refunds as their boss was in the building today. I asked them "so your boss would be okay knowing this happened and still selling the product?" and the associate said "yes." Really too bad because they are the only shop close to my house.
