Jessica is so rude and racist at scale she is terrible..... Company Grimms is great we all love it but this lady is destroying the company she is the worst customer service.... Bad service with Jessica all the time she is angry if she doesn't want to go to work why do you ask her a question and she answers very ugly I think I'm going to change companies I'm paying and I expect good service with customer friendliness

Their workers tailgate, run stop, signs, speed and pass people in crustion zones. Had to go through there lot before due to a car accident and had someone yell at me that i was going to fast for doing 10mph. Would not recomend this place at all.

Had 4 cords delivered of mixed wood. Fast delivery, on time. Amount seemed about 10 to 15 percent short, unless you count the lots of bark and debris. Most hardwoods were unseasoned. Unless you are buying a year ahead and will let it season at your home, I cannot recommend it. Wood is not ready to burn. Still can be decent value if you got the time.

First-time client, I highly recommend not doing any business here. The woman in the office is extremely rude and didn't accept our depris because she saw "pressure treated lumber" when it was clearly cedar. Keep in mind we are working in the rain, which creates mud. She didn't try to see what was in our trailer and peeked from a distance. We drove to S&H, and they accepted our debris. They said it was completely fine, and there was NO pressure treated. Grimm's has terrible service.

I have been very happy with the customer service and quality of work at Grimm’s. I’ve had oil changes done and tires replaced, and it’s always been speedy and professional.

Easy place to drop off clean yard debris. Was $20.00 for a full sized pickup load. Also sells various gravels, bark chips, and mulch in bulk.

We’ve been very happy customers of Grimm’s Fuel for years. Every year we order their rich dark garden mulch to be delivered and blown into our garden beds. We love this mulch because it keeps the weeds down, feeds the plants, and looks great! The delivery guys were amazing! They took great care to cover all the areas we needed done, and did a very nice job of clean up afterward. Thanks Grimm’s Fuel!

We have been happy Grimm's Fuel customers for years. Their garden mulch is the best for our garden plant beds. It keeps the weeds down, feeds the plants, and looks great! For the last several years we have had them deliver the garden mulch and blow it into the beds. Today we got this year's delivery. The two delivery guys did a beautiful job spreading the mulch and cleaning up afterwards. Thank you Grimm's Fuel!

I work for a landscaping company to be honest we are deciding to go with the business somewhere else because your eployed Jessica. Even if the price go up we have to pay it. But she's so rude not just to me to all the coworkers even the boss decides no to go there no more. Because of her. Hope you'll do something or at least let her know to treat people the way she want to be treated. We can't ask her anything she's already mad. Other than that is a good place. To bad your going to start losing business.

I called just to ask about pricing for bulk firewood and the female receptionist was extremely rude. Was going to spend some good money on firewood but will never do business with that type of communication.

Goodday to however this correspondsYour employee Jessica has told me " i don't want to see you in the future get here before i get here " i was only 2 minutes early before 9 . This is the fourth time that she has yelled at me , i haven't said anything before.And she said what are you here for dump or pick up? In a mean tone When i clearly have debris to dump. I have seen other comments that it's not the first time that has happened. I don't appreciate being yelled at . I hope you do something about your employee Jessica. i have been a customer for a long time.and if Jessica had problems of her own then don't bring her attitude to work.Thank youAnd i Hope you do something about this problem .
