I use it as a preserves on toast. Works for me. It helps regulate my bowel movements. I am chronically constipated so it is great for me not to take chemical stimulants.

I have used this product for my son whom has cerebral palsy and has his food blended.It has been very beneficial for him.He has used Fruit Eze for over 15 years
