$13 worth of copies and you can't even give me a large enoughpaper clip for 8 1/2 x 11 stacks of paper? Asked why they are empty. "Well, we have had some there, but people take them. " I see, so people use the paper clips, and you have to do the drudgery of replenishing them. Is that not in your job description? It's like this every time. 50/50 chance you'll be able to staple something. Bring your own, trust me.

Customers appear to be an inconvenience to the lady at the front counter. Very bad attitude. I’ll go to another location next time. This isn’t a sustainable way to run a business that relies on repeat customers.

Just left this store & really disappointed in the service. The lady with glasses has helped before & I even praised her for her amazing customer service to corporate office the last time!!!
Not sure what has happened but today nobody wanted to help me with a pretty easy task that I’m sure others just like myself who aren’t computer savvy needed a tad but of guidance. She wasn’t wanting to help & not sure if she was training a new girl however, she wasn’t friendly either to be frank, she seemed miserable!
The store owner was more engaged trying to hurry up with another customers transaction & the lady that was trying to some what help me ended up helping the owner with what he had going on.
It wasn’t that busy either but the energy in that store today was extremely high, definitely felt as if I was more of a bother than a customer.
Won’t go back again.
Also, higher more people so the one lady isn’t so stressed out or so passive to the ones who need help download documents to the printer or just get rid of the printer!!!

Tyler and the rest of the team working this morning 6/18, were incredibly helpful finding me the right packaging and shipping option to get something to my friend in socal asap and at a reasonable price. Very grateful!

Stephanie was extremely rude and unnecessarily difficult while I came in for a return. She told me to place the box down on the counter while helping a customer in front of me. I clarified it didn't have a label yet, it wasn't just a drop and go. She asked if I had a label QR and I said no. She began asking me all the info to create a new label and tried to charge me for shipping. I explained I had a prepaid label in email. She said "that's why I ASKED you if you HAD that." I said no, you only asked if I had a QR code. Her coworker behind her also agreed with me and said no, you only asked for QR code. She then disappeared to the other side of the counter while I emailed the label to print. I asked whether I should continue printing it on a computer by myself. She gave a really poor attitude saying she was waiting over here. I said you never told me to meet you there. She was such a poor customer service agent that I will never use FedEx again if I can help it. Learn to do your job, and don't blame customers for your mistakes. There is no reason to be as rude and hateful as you are to customers

The core team at this location is great. Always good to come in and see their familiar faces. Very helpful and know what needs to happen.

This FedEx Office handles all your printing and shipping needs! And all the staff are customer oriented and pleasant!Jon worked with us on our printing project and was amazing! He understood what we needed and helped us accomplish our goal with accuracy, professionalism, and a smile! Jon also offered suggestions and options. We have found our store for printing and also shipping! Thank you, Jon, for your outstanding customer service!

I got a delivery (kitchen table) from FedEx yesterday. They delivered it to the wrong area. They lied and put a note on my door saying they attempted to deliver. 3 people were home. They did not knock. I was confused. I got a notification from Amazon saying it was delivered. I panicked thinking they dropped it off at the wrong place but of course I got the notice saying they tried to deliver it to me?? So we decided to search for it. It was on the 1st floor in a corner in the breezeway.I kid you not! I called FedEx and told them what their driver did and they needed to come back and bring it upstairs. Its very heavy in 2 big boxes. The man in customer service said there was nothing he could do and that there was no way to contact the driver. That was a lie. He actually told me to ask my neighbors to bring it up. I was like..wow! So I had to knock on all my neighbors doors to try to find 2 strong me. After an hour, I found a neighbor. A man and a woman. I couldn't bring it up because I've had many heart attacks. I thank them for bringing the table up and was apologetic to them and angry at FedEx for putting me through this. Horrible awful company. I'm also complaining to Amazon for using FedEx. I won't shop at a store that has FedEx as their delivery service

We had an excellent experience with a DIY project. Both Stephanie and Brendan G helped with tips and ideas. They even brought out another papercutter from the back since another customer had a large project they were working on. I would drive to this location over the location that is closer to me. Their tips helped us create a better game. We even laminated a few things. I didn't know they offered that!

Eli was very helpful with packaging my items and processing my shipping request using our corporate account number. He explained the options and helped me to make an informed decision based on delivery time and cost. I appreciate his good attitude and willingness to help, and wouldn't hesitate to return to him and this location.

First off, the Fed Ex Store that was by Hallmark is now on Martinazzi. I needed a legal document printed. Nicole was amazing! She walked me through the process with patience & efficiency. I left with 2 very professional looking copies! Highly recommend Fed Ex on Martinazzi
