Made multiple phone calls and left messages. No return calls. Went in person. Door open, no one there. There is no waiting room as it's made into a temporary dog kennel. Waited inside about 10 minutes. Another customer came by and asked if anyone was there. I told her no. She said she had come by earlier and no one there. She left, I went to my car and waited 45 min. I decided they must not want my business, so I left. Ended up taking my car to Marsh's transmission, who is next door. IMHO, I think Jonathan should return phone calls as a common professional courtesy if he doesn't want the job or can't do it.

Took my truck in because it was making a weird noise. Ended up being something else instead of just the belt, said they would call me with an estimate and haven't call me back, nor answer my calls. It's been 3 weeks now ?

Jonathon is really the best. My alternator had given out over the weekend, so I was trying to figure out who could get me in same-day on a Monday. He got me in that Monday, and I had my car back by 12:30 p.m. that same day. He was very straightforward, kind, and his prices were very reasonable. He also did not talk down to me at all (which is something that I usually experience with mechanics, given that I am a young woman). I will definitely be returning here for all my car's needs :)

Jonathan was amazing! I went to two other repair shops because my engine light came on. Neither one would even check to see what the error code was. Went to O’Reillys where they found the error code and recommended Jonathan at Family Auto Repair. He managed to fit me in the same day and got the repair done the same afternoon. I came to him thinking my suspension was shot because it was squeaking over bumps and turns but not when I was breaking! Turns out it was brake and caliber related and they were rubbing when hot, so he knows what he’s doing and now there’s no squeaks! He stayed late and finished my 4Runner with in a day and a half! Very happy and will return. Fair prices (actually pretty cheap) and great quality work! We’re happy to finally find a mechanic we trust! Yay! Thankyou!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent experience. I got three bids for my flywheel repair and he was $800 less expensive than the other two shops. He is honest and his rates and hours charged are fair and transparent. He is a great communicator and broke down the job and other possible issues that might need attention in the future. Lastly he quoted me a time day that the job would be finished and kept to his schedule. Really I could not recommend this shop enough. Honest, Fair, and high integrity shop.Service: Engine repair

So my throw out bearing and clutch went out, and I called as soon as I could. The mechanic (Jonathan) got me in almost immediately. He got my trans off and found where my truck was leaking as well, and also noticed a u-joint was loose. He fixed all of my issues extremely quickly, and did it for a great price. He also communicates extremely well. The best mechanic I’ve had.

Great prices, great communication, fast. Will always take my cars here. So nice to find a good honest mechanic. Had an issue that 4 other shops quoted me around $650-700 they charged me $300. ?????Try them if you need work done. Highly recommend
