Today was my first time delivering here. For those that don't know, you need to turn left down the dead end street right before their building as their docks are behind the building. I wish they had a sign saying that as I had to go to the end of the street and turn around. I did suggest that to the guy that unloaded me and he agreed and said he would mention it. Everyone was super friendly. My appointment was at 09:00 and I was unloaded in about 45 minutes! I will say I was nervous about docking here as I read a review saying it was tight, and I'm a new driver. They do share a drive and docking area with another company across the way. I can see where it could be tight if both places were busy. However, when I pulled in, a driver was docking into the other company. I waited for him to dock and there was plenty of room for me to drive to the end and turn around. There was plenty of room for me to do my setup and turn it into a straight line back. I only gave it 4 stars because the sign telling trucks to turn would have been a huge help, and I tripped over some debris in the docking area. I mentioned the tripping to the guy unloading me as well. He admitted they've been trying to clean it up, but need to get the rest of it picked up. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Shipping entrance is actually off the side street. Docks share their drive space with company across the way, so it may be a little tight to spin the truck around to get into the dock.Staff is very helpful and cooperative

One of the worst experiences working with a company.They lost packages and shipped to incorrect addresses, all the while the CEO refused to accept responsibility for his mistakes.I was even sent a warning email months prior by one of his employees that left about awful the CEO is. At first I thought maybe he was just a disgruntled employee but then I realized he was correct.After my point person left, I went from being billed $350 to almost $1000 for "account management". Even worse they bill you per hour for "account management". So I was charged for hours to look into issues like why packages were lost, shipped to the wrong location, why they couldn't figure out how to package my pencils, etc.They tried to blame me for needing too much hand-holding. Unfortunately yes, I need to keep checking in when you keep messing upI switched to a different company with half the costs and twice the organization. No issues, smooth sailing, and I'm able to grow my company's sales without constantly fearing a screw up.Check out the screenshots and see for yourself.
