Although Citizen's Bank is a regional bank with over 15 locations, I absolutely loved the small-town feel of the Tualatin Branch. After several years of using Citizen's for my small business banking needs, I appreciated the relatively consistent friendly staff (no high staff turnover), where everyone knows your name. If you miss the days of personal banking, and especially if you require business banking services, you should definitely consider Citizen's Bank in Tualatin.

Citizens bank refused a cash withdrawal of just 10k. They flat out told me no at first. Then after I threw something of a fit in the bank and started telling other customers what they were doing, the manager pulled me aside and quietly told me that they can do it, but it will all be 20's and 10's. Naturally I said no and had him call around to find me another branch. I had to drive 45 minutes. He told me they were moving away from cash transactions and that you will have to schedule 1 week in advance to withdraw anything more than 5k. I closed my account with them.

Just wrote a review for Citizens Bank in Oregon City..but I also use this branch as well..just not as often. Smaller branch, a little more tucked away in a class A office building near the man-made Lake on Martinazzi, although more secluded..easy to get there from I5. Really nice people there!
