I was at this location today around 11:45 and the tellers care more about talking with each other then they care about customers one teller in particular started helping me today she was so rude.. she has also been rude to me in the past. I was not in the mood to deal with her today so I took my card back and just left.. and went to the Tigard location where they have always been so nice to me.

So I don't have an account with Chase so I understand a fee. $10 is a lot but I'll pay it. Unfortunately having a driver's license and my brand new registration that just got mailed to me wasn't enough to cash a check. Not like I'm trying to pull a fast one for a few hundred bucks when I'm in a BMW 5 series. This is why I will never have my business or personal account with Chase.

Very bad customer service. Today I went there to withdraw the money and the teller said I have to call 1 day before so they can ready, right now they don’t have enough money for me to withdraw. Oh wow, it’s unbelievable that a big banks like Chase doesn’t have few thousands for customers to withdraw. Bad service ever

They held/stole over 8k from me and I had to go in there and deal with the most unpleasant, unprofessional clerks that caused many issues. I wouldn't go there.
