Emailed them about a warranty. They never got back to us. They suck and you can't even call them. You have to go on line. I'm filing a bbb complaint.

We installed, through our local glass company, Cascade windows in our new home 9 years ago and were very happy with them. A few months ago one of the windows failed and I have gone through customer service hell ever since. After accepting my warranty claim an installer showed up with the replacement window but did not feel comfortable replacing it by himself due to the height off the ground. He left the window here and a return visit was schedule for April 5 between 9 and 10. They were a no show! Calls and emails to Pam Tibry, their Warranty Claims Lead, went no where.....she didn't respond. Cornerstone needs to learn how to provide customer service and show they stand behind their product.

Two weeks with no response from Cascade Windows to the review below. (posted on 3/13) Picture is an example of the smearing between the panes of glass that is evident in ALL eleven of the last round of window replacements.
Writing this review to inform the owner of the extremely poor customer service, and quality of materials, we have experienced. For two years Cascade Windows has failed, on multiple attempts, to replace our defective windows with windows that are not defective. (Original windows had lost their seal and were foggy) Each time they have installed windows with noticeable smudges, fingerprints, debris, and/or scratches between the panes of glass. The first time they came out the widows were so noticeably defective that they didn't even install them. Every time we had to contact Anthony Scot Duke multiple times to receive a response. We were notified in Jan 2024, via an automated reply email, that he no longer works for the company. There was no information on who we could contact, and his email was not forwarded to someone else within the company. We used the "contact us" option on the website. After two weeks of no response we called Cascade on 2/27/2024. Sheila informed us, very unapologetically, that they are 28 days behind in responding to emails. She also stated that someone was out to our house in October of 2023 and had determined our windows were not defective. No one from the company contacted us to inform us of that.
(A tech from the company was out in October but all he did was take measurements. No inspection, or discussion about the windows defects, was done.)
Sheila said she would transfer us to her manager. We were able to leave a voicemail. After two weeks Katrina has not returned our call or sent an email. We have suggested several times that Cascade send a rep out to inspect the windows in person. Each time we were asked to send in pictures, which we did. All we request is that windows that are not defective be installed.
This is in reference to job #48164 and Cascade has the measurements of the windows that need to be replaced.
A timely response would be a new experience and very much appreciated.

Cascade manufactures a horrible quality product. Purchased a brand new home 4 months ago, and 11 of the 13 operable windows are defective. They have sent 4 different techs to repair, and each have failed. The replacement windows were even more defective than the original.RUN from this company and their products.

We are having an addition built onto our home and the windows have by FAR been the worst part of this process. When Cascade windows arrived, they were the wrong size and some were a sash window when they were supposed to be a picture window. When they replaced them, they were wrong again. The last windows that they delivered were the correct size but with the wrong glass! They will send an entire large truck to deliver one small window that isn't even the correct size! Very frustrating and disappointing. Ask your builder to use another company!!

The windows are great, however getting them and the screens was over 2 months process. The windows came and were installed by Sundance Window, excellently done. The screens didn't come with the windows and were supposed to have been delivered by Friday of the same week. Two weeks later they were supposed to have been delivered to our house but they weren't and they didn't know where they were. They were ordered again and 2 weeks later, with no follow up to me by the company, they were delivered again. Again, not to our house. I was sent pictures of the house this time and I went looking for it. Found my screens tucked away in a front porch of the house. The packing slip attached with my first name, someone else's first name, part of our address and my phone number.I haven't even received a "sorry for all of the confusion and inconvenience".Just hope the screens are as good as the windows.

If you want windows that fail within 5 years or less, use Cascade. If you’d like to have a warranty they won’t honor, this is your company. Basically if you want to throw away your money and experience enormous amounts of frustration, this is the company.

Please save yourself time and money and do not use this business. Like many other posters, including those for the same business in AZ, our windows are under warranty and we have had no success in getting them repaired. Two windows have water damage and mold and today marks 5 months since our initial claim was filed. They could be a textbook case study on what not to do for customers. They make it hard to file a request for repair or replacement, bury contact information, don't answer the phones or return calls. I have had success getting one person to provide an update on occasion, yet the outcome is still damaged windows and no timeline for replacement. This is truly the worst customer service I have ever had and we will never use them again.
