Worst customer service experience. No wonder this business is failing. I went in to exchange my oura ring for a different size. The first girl couldn’t help me and said her one and only manager was on a lunch break so I should wait for 30 minutes. 30 minutes later Augie looks as if he can help do the exchange, but won’t price match my original purchase. This is what I get for trying to divert money away from Amazon. Will not be shopping at Best Buy again, such a headache. I called to file a complaint and have been on hold for upwards of 15 minutes.

I have been a Best Buy company for decades! I have poured at least $100,000 into Best Buy over this time for TV’s, appliances, computers, umpteen computer cases, charging cords, watches, camera cases, tripods, cell phones, printers, Total Tech and other subscriptions and I usually have been very pleased! I also remember when they almost went out of business and I purposely tried to spend more there and encourage others to do so to help keep them in business! Well, my faith is broken with just awful service when I went to their store two weeks ago, and carefully purchased a new washer/dryer combo and made sure that nothing was missed because my time is valuable and I didn’t want any problems with the delivery and installation. The staff at the store assured me I had purchased everything needed for the installation of the washer and dryer combo to be placed in a stacked fashion. I had to drive in for the installation (100 miles from eastern Washington State) and made sure everything was in order at my end (special padding in the elevator, reservation with the building maintenance staff, etc.). The delivery man, Anthony, was very nice but informed me that there was no “stacking kit” included and they couldn’t complete the installation. They put me in touch with the Best Buy scheduling department and they affirmed that no “stacking kit” was included but they would send one and they gave me a new installation date. So, today, I called to make sure everything would be set for the rescheduled installation tomorrow and they said that the “stacking kit” would not make in time and I therefore needed to reschedule the installation yet another time. If I had not taken it upon myself and called today I would have driven in the 100 miles and I would have found out then that the needed part would not be available and the installation would again be aborted. I felt the person talking to me today at Best Buy was way too casual about it and I felt like I was really being treated poorly and quite honestly taken for granted and downright abused for all the hassle I was going through! So I asked to speak to her supervisor who basically said I would have to have the installation scheduled a third time and that was that! I explained to this supervisor that the original sales person had specifically discussed with me that the dryer was to be stacked on top of the washer and I was assured that everything would be in order. This supervisor then said something along the lines of “well, there is no way to verify my allegation that the sales person was aware that the units were to be stacked”, implying that I might be making it up (ie., lying!). I never heard any real sympathy with my situation and real disdain by implying that I might be lying! So, I just couldn’t take it any longer and I just cancelled the whole thing! I had spent hours and hours doing my part to make the purchase a success and I think the employees at Best Buy really couldn’t care less and it reflects an attitude I am very sad to see after supporting Best Buy all these years. I will not take my many purchases there any longer and will divest myself of any connections I currently have in the form of subscriptions, etc. These guys just care about the quarterly earnings and nothing more!

Best buy use be my go to place for Electronics and appliances. I just bought a new printer there washer and dryer,dish washer... always buy my tvs there. Not after the today. I need a new screen cover for my note 20 ultra phone. I went there to buy one 2 weeks ago they dont carry it anymore to old. No problem he said order it on line bring it in and we will install it. Show up today, and the policy is changed.They no longer install anything they don't sell. Talk about getting the run around and rude ? about it. Okay guess I will take my buisness else where. Bought Xbox at Costco F Best buy.

We experienced the worst customer service at this store. We waited 30 minutes to get assistance with a TV. We knew what we wanted and just needed assistance to pull it from stock. One employee proceeded to walk by us with a Starbucks drink and finally responded after we asked multiple times. A second employee finally came and proceeded to help someone else. A third person we asked told us to scan the QR code ourselves. A fourth (the front manager) we asked for help said he was getting us assistance but never did. We proceeded to walk out and headed to Target to buy the exact same item at the same price. There is no reason to have a brick and mortar stores if the employees are not willing to provide customer service.

I knew exactly what I wanted and walked in asking for the specific product. Had to wait about 15 mins to have someone free up to unlock the product for me. (There was a manger(I think) standing at front door that put me into a queue when i walked in) I was just about to finish the Amazon order when they guy got free as Amazon was going to deliver 15 hours later for the same price. The guy was friendly, but having to run with such a skeleton crew by higher-ups needs to change. I know that isn't a store level decision, so hopefully, they see it. If they continue to run with such short staff, I'll go to other places.

I called ahead to see if this store had a specific model of Shark Robot Vacuum in stock because I was coming from McMinnville about an hour away. After making my way through a phone tree, I spoke to someone from a call center who is not physically in the store and was assured that the model I wanted was in stock at the Tualatin store. I arrived at the Tualatin store an hour later and was told the model I wanted was out of stock, and the next cheapest model with similar features was $100 more. The point of driving in was to get the device same day and get the house cleaned, but the store employees had no solution for me other than ordering online in store, which made the 2-hour round trip drive pointless.
