I got my iPhone screen fixed, I called and made an appointment. Then dropped the phone off. It was ready when they said it would be and the cost was what they quoted me. That’s how business should work.

Great customer service. Friendly staff who made me feel taken care of even though they discovered my phone was not repairable. Took quite a bit of time to test and attempt to fix, but since they didn't replace anything, there was no charge.
