Chris is absolutely brilliant at impossible, tricky, elusive car repairs.
Our 1999 Lexus RX300 had a NOx sensor issue that could not be fixed by multiple car repair faculties. The Lexus dealer wanted a incredible amount to just diagnose the problem and much more to address the issue with no guarantee.
Chris, very patiently, dug into this over a period of time, methodically eliminating all the possibilities till be found the root cause and fixed the issue. During the process he also found and alerted us to other issues on our car that we got addressed. He also helped get our car through DEQ with ease. All in all a really pleasant experience, fair pricing, and a wonderful person to work with! We will definitely go back to him for our car repairs.
p.s. Our car has been running well for over three years since Chris helped us. Thank you Chris!

In world of auto repair we all want a fair deal and more importantly, someone we can trust!! Chris not only took great care of the car, but at a fair price and made us feel like we were important. We will definitely use them again when we need auto service.

We brought in our truck that was previously owned by my Father in Law, he passed away and we wanted to keep his truck around. It needs so much work, they were so kind. They were able to do a complete look over of the car, suggest what it needs, and let us decide what we were able to/wanted to do. Once we decided they were fast and got the truck up and running. When we enter the next phase of repairs we will definitely be returning.

We’ve received great service at Paragon! Every repair they’ve made has been high quality, and they’ve been able to fix issues that past auto shops haven’t been able to. The only issue is that some times it’s hard to get ahold of someone on the phone, I think they suffer from being short staffed. Hopefully they can build up their team for the future, since they do such great work.

I've been bringing my cars to Chris for almost sixteen years. He has really helped me extract every dollar worth of value out of my old Camry. My Honda Pilot stopped working right before Thanksgiving week. Every shop I called didn't have time till early December except Paragon. Chris got my vehicle in before the holiday and found out that I needed a new engine. I decided against fixing the vehicle but couldn't pay my bill right away. He was patient and understanding of my situation and allowed me to pay my bill within a three week window. Chris and his guys know what they're doing at this mechanic shop and if you don't mind paying a little extra for top notch customer service and vehicle maintenance, this shop is for you!

Honest local repair shop. I have a ProMaster Van. Reason for my visit, to have my van's front and back light fixed. The shop did an inspection and found other issues, which definitely needed to be done based on the photos provided by the mechanic.The Good:- send email with photos of repairs that need to be done with estimates on cost, which are fair- easy communication- local and easy to find- allow overnight drop off- Work was completed in a timely manner- Inspect everything on the vehicle (although this could have been more thorough as they missed a back up light being in op, which was the original reason for my appointment)- Owner was helpful about setting a priority on which repairs were a safety concern, e.i. brake system.- My van is running better than it was before, additional repairs are still needed.The "Bad", not really bad:- I had to take my van back in after repairs were completed because the backup light wasn't working and the front light was on but still dim. They were able to make these adjustments on the fly and I had my van back within a day.I will happily be a returning customer! Thank you to the team at Paragon :)

Chris and his team always provide great service effectively troubleshooting issues with our vehicles, completing work when they promise and being authentic in what our vehicles need and don't need.
