I feel as though my rectum was just assaulted, their parts are basically 50% autozone's prices and they take 36 hours to pull a part I could have off in 20 min. Unless it is your absolute last resort and I mean last like the only car like yours in the world wound up in the hands of these crooks and the only other choice you have is scrapping the car, I don't don't know 8 really think hard and prob just scrap it. And just a little FYI G&R autowreckers of troutdale we mechanics are in a whole separate weight class than normal society and most of us are a little friggin crazy and pretty damn intelligent so check yourselves

Great place. Great service! I don't know much about cars, but Brian helped me get what I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend to buy parts from
(The business runs under the name "G & R Auto Wreckers" now)

There is a culture of gruffness in most auto recycling operations. I don't know if it is a macho thing or what, but you always feel like you are taking up their man-time in a way that requires an apology. Not so, this place, at least the counter person with whom I dealt. He was friendly, helpful, and, most of all, relaxed. I bought a part that it turned out I did not need, and they were helpful and very understanding. No problems, no drama. I like these guys and I'll continue to go there.

I have bought only a couple parts from here but I have been very pleased with customer service and pricing. Sometimes you will have to wait on hold for awhile but it is well worth it for me, I like how friendly and knowledgeable their salesman are. I will continue to happily do business with them.

I just purchased a used wheel for a customer and Maz/Toy had it in stock at a much better price than LKQ or anyone else in the portland area. Both guys at the counter were friendly and quick. Great place for japanese auto parts

Working at an independent auto repair shop, we often need used parts, and also have customers ask us where they can find used parts for repairs they do themselves. For many years we have sent people to Maz/Toy; in fact, I recently recommended them to my nephew. However, when the part he purchased tested bad within the first week and he returned for a different part, store credit, or refund, the owner refused and told him he could "shove it up his a**" (exact words). My nephew returned again later and a different employee was there who gave him his money back. Unfortunately, the beyond poor customer service that was the initial response is going to stick in our mind and we will no longer patronize this yard, nor will we recommend them to anyone else.
