Set an appointment but don't tell me the location and I answered the questions on the phone and they won't tell me the location wthout my email. Lazy garbage customer service the worst

Granted I was alredy in system. But 15 mins, yes really. Easy parking right in front of door.

Worst tax experience not only for me but for my girlfriend as well. File ANYWHERE else. These "professionals" obviously have no idea what they are doing at all.

We miss Janet who did our taxes last year. She was knowledgeable and kind. This year, things felt rushed and more transactional. I use to refer family and friends, but that won't be the case any longer. We were also charged a fee after choosing not to submit our taxes with them and getting a hold of someone to correct that issue is a nightmare as it remains un-fixed still.
