We ordered a sauna weighing 182 pounds with the heaviest one being 142 pounds. I waited for the window of delivery waiting much of the day until 3:25pm. All of a sudden I heard a bang sound and I ran out to my fron porch just to see the Fed Ex guy taking off. My 2 packages were leaning up against the garage. He never tried to ring the bell which is up a flight of stairs by our front door which is where we wanted the packages to be delivered.I could have helped him carry them up but being 71 years old there is NO way I could do that myself.I then called right away to Fed Ex and they told me they would contact the station to get another truck out there to help me. I also gave them my number so they could call me. NO calls OR truck showed up! Rain started up and packages were getting wet. After 45 minutes I called again and they reassured me again that they would call the station. Again another 45 minutes came and went and NO truck OR call!All this time I am waiting out in the cold because the packages were NOT secure and our 1300.00 sauna was right there on our driveway for anyone to steal.I had no choice but to drag the big package into the garage, open it up and piece by piece carry it all upstairs. Not my idea of a good plan.The next morning I called to file a complaint to Troutdale Oregon and the operations manager could only apologise to me but nothing else!3 days later I got contacted by Fed Ex saying they would try to get a truck out to me to help get the packages in my house!!So I had requested for our 199.00 to be refunded by Fed Ex. But they told me I would have to request it from the shipper of the sauna and they would need to get it back from Fed Ex.Well, the merchant filed a claim with Fed Ex and they had the gall to say they were not responsible and didn't make any mistakes!Excuse me but the driver admitted that he never rang or knocked on our door meaning they left an expensive sauna right out where anyone could have stolen it!On top of that, there were numerous holes punched in the cardboard and on the finished wood right by the entry door to the sauna there is damage to the wood w/ finish scraped off and an indentation.Fed Ex has earned an "F" grade for a horrible job and then covered it up by being dishonest about it.At least the driver was honest to admit he didn't knock but the person who said they didn't make a mistake has given Fed Ex a black eye and I hope people read this and go with the USPS. I delivered mail for 34 years for them and NEVER WOULD HAVE LEFT SUCH A VALUABLE ITEM OUT IN THE OPEN.Fed Ex, shame on you....

FedEx sucks. My package has been delayed since Jan 20th sitting in a trailer and today is the 29th. Called a few minutes ago and the gal said that they're way behind and hopefully my package will be unloaded from the trailer by Friday. Yeah ok. I'll be lucky if I get it at all at this point. They need to hire more staff. I'll never order anything that ships FedEx. They deserve 0 stars. Will update if or when I get my package. ?Update: Finally I got my package a couple of minutes ago a day later.

The quality of service at FedEx Troatsdale, Oregon 's facility is horrible. I am waiting for a delivery to Canada and the service requested from them is to PUT IT ON A TRUCK but what do they do instead HOLD MY PARCEL FOR NO REASON FOR NOW 3 DAYS.

This is the 3rd time my package sat in limbo in Troutdale for over a week and 2nd time they said was delivered but I never received it. I'm convinced there is something sketchy going on with this facility. Short staffed or not, the fact I've had two missing packages with no explanation. No photos conveniently of where it was delivered. In the future I will not order anything that is shipped through FedEx.

If Zero stars were acceptable thats what they would get. WORST SHIPPER EVER!!! Last week our paychecks ( which get delivered by fedex express haha) got rerouted to california and we all got paid 3 days late! We all have automatic bill payments coming out that got denied, cost us money in late fee's overdraft fee's no one cares! There is NO communication within managment, typical guy stuff. Delivery updates are USELESS when you just tell me what I already know... "unknown delivery issue' and 'unknown delivery code' are NOT explainations or updates. They just say 'gee, sorry we don't know, duh" The guy that finally delivered them seemed surprized that we were all there waiting for him, as if no one told him that was an important EXPRESS delivery...Of course my Chewy orders deliver through them and most of the time the 40 lb bag of litter is on top of everything else crushing treats and food every time. I get it they are heavy but ITS YOUR JOB. When I worked at a hotel our service elevator broke, for 2 years I hucked 40 lb boxes up and down 2 evil staircases every day, I'm a 100 lb woman and I could handle that because it became my job! My Chewy order currently has been 'out for delivery' on the truck for 4 days now, they do this because I complained and its the same frigging ahole every time, I wish he would get fired already, maybe they don't fire and thats the problem. Lots of condonation. These people are getting paid to retaliate against their benefactors. I wish Chewy would see the light and use another shipper, I don't mind paying for actual deliver service that wants to do its job well.

I dread any time I have a package come FedEx especially if it goes through troutdale. My packages always get stuck in troutdale for multiple days. They leave and return to troutdale at least 4 times before they actually make it to a new location, they obviously can't figure out how to actually make sure it's on the truck

Not sure what these guys goal is but it's obviously not to get packages out anywhere near to "on time"My package arrived at this location early Saturday the 20th with a scheduled delivery date of Monday the 22nd.Well end of the day Monday arrives and my package was not delivered and status was changed to "on the way" with no scheduled delivery date.It's now Friday the 26th and my package is still sitting in Troutdale with a "on the way" status and still no scheduled delivery date.Which might I add, Troutdale is less then 10 miles from me.After wasting endless time on the computer and phone there is no way to change delivery options or setup for a pickup.I'll NEVER ship with FedEx again.Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!Really wish I could give them 0 stars.

Same explanation as everyone else. Package has been delayed for over a week at this location. There is no excuse for this level of poor service. FedEx is truly the worst delivery service.

There needs to be a negative star button. Not that it will matter, they are a large company and unfortunately have contracts that don't allow companies to utilize competent shippers.

Why does Fedex still exist in Troutsniffer Oregon? Why is there no human in the state with a brain that can answer a phone call and give an intelligent response. Always the weather excuses, seriously? They get away with the same crap excuses whether sunny or winter, the entire management staff there is completely worthless! This has been going on for years and nothing is being done. How can you give a delivery exception when you are holding packages hostage without any delivery attempt? Troutsniffer is as impressive as the crap fedex app!
