I've bought two cars from here over the years. I really appreciate that they focus on cars with low miles. Everything about the experience was great...they are friendly and honest and felt like the car was fairly priced. I will definitely look them up the next time I'm need of a car. Thanks Amed!

Talked with Amed over text to try selling my car. He was very nice and said that they don’t buy cars that has had 7 owners. He did refer me to some other dealers though and also sent me an email of my car fax. Overall, great experience and seems like a good dealership

Fantastic dealership, I had a great experience working with Amed and his family. Fair prices and a joy to do business with. He was flexible, available, informative and above all honest, which was a breath of fresh air after a day of used car salesmen. We had an amazing experience here. Absolutely recommend this place. Amed truly had our best interest in mind. He was easy to contact, always went above and beyond, helped us find the best rates on auto loans, and even offered to help us run a CarFax on a different car we were looking at from a different dealer! There was absolutely none of the usual tricks and loopholes you usually get with car dealerships. The buying process was super quick and easy. The best part is that Apex is family owned and operated - I felt so happy that my money was going to such a trustworthy and kind family instead of a huge company. Thank you guys so much!!

We had been looking for a car for awhile. I found a couple of cars I was interested in on Craigslist. I inquired about them, and received a response almost immediately from Amed. He was so polite and we set up an appointment. He had the cars out front ready for me to look at, and left me alone to look. When I was ready to test drive he took my information and I went alone. He was so nice, and didn’t even seem like a sales person which was so refreshing after all the others we’ve dealt with. No pressure at all. His cars were extremely clean. I found a one owner, low mile car, that was in excellent condition. The buying process was so easy and fast. He and his wife are the nicest people! I’m not a big fan of buying a car from a dealer, but from our first correspondence I could tell I liked him and trusted him. Thank you Amed for being so accommodating to us. It was the best buying experience we’ve had yet!

Didn't end up purchasing a vehicle in the end, but I felt compelled to remark on the kind of service I received from Amed.I appreciate his willingness to let me test drive the vehicle on such short notice, among other accommodations he set forth for me. I never at any point ever felt pressured or coerced into making any kind of decision -- which is something you can't sale for most car salesmen. I had the opportunity to meet both he and his wife, Florina, who was just as pleasant.If the timing worked out better, I'm sure I would have been able to purchase from Apex Auto.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. I had an incredible experience with Ahmed and his wife. I had previously gone to a larger dealership (Shift.com) and was really unsatisfied with their lack of knowledge and pushy sales approach and the 2012 Toyota Camry LE I was interested in was not in great shape with a large dent in the back.When I did a quick search again, I found that Apex had listed a 2012 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid with 17K less miles and no damage to the vehicle, so I drove an hour out to Apex for a test drive. Right off the bat, Ahmed was super responsive, caring, and attentive from our brief communications (and texts which is GREAT). I was able to come test drive the vehicle the day after I contacted him and upon meeting him and Florina, I felt very comfortable and as though I could trust them. They were both well informed, involved, and overall incredible to the point that I applied for a loan and purchased the vehicle two days later!One of the biggest selling points for me was that I was able to schedule a pre-purchase inspection and was actually encouraged to do so by them which shows a huge amount of integrity on their end. Best part is, the vehicle is in practically perfect condition and I got a great deal on it! I would absolutely refer my friends and family to this shop, it’s great knowing I’m able to refer to a small family run business!

I was looking for a car for my brother. I went to many local dealerships and private dealerships. It was difficult to find trustworthy people. Especially nowadays, this company is a family-owned business. Ahmed and Florina did excellent work. I negotiate with Ahmed . My brother had a financial issue but he was able to resolve it. Ahmed tried to help my brother's loan application and wait for my brother to find a way to pay. It took him two weeks to complete the deal process. I was amazed because Ahmed and Florina waited for my brother for 2 weeks! (07 Honda Civic, only 60k mileage, clean title) Most dealerships would have abandoned and gone with another customer.I would highly recommend people check out the Apex Auto LLC website and see their vehicle availability. In the future, if I ever want to purchase a vehicle, I will check their website first.

While I only test drove vehicles at Apex, I had a wonderful experience working with Amed and Florina. From the very start they were upfront, accommodating, and professional. Their customer service was top notch. I would definitely shop with them again in the future.
