oh your dog barks from inside. Sorry that's a job hazard can't deliver you mail anymore.. and the customer service inside the establishment when I went to file a change of address. The ATTITUDE when I said I needed to report a change of address and inform you there is no dog anymore.. I practically had to make her do her job and tell her multiple times to write it down for the "mail carrier who makes the decision" she did not want to take me change of address form and to be forceful about that as well. And she definitely did not want to take the information down for the mail carrier or let me talk to the person who makes that decision. I had to tell her multiple times to take me information. As she tried to refuse.

The post master, Teresa, needs to be fired.
Hostile, rude and combative. Nobody likes going in to get thier mail at their PO Box and hearing her BASH her employees and members of the community....
There needs to be an investigation done on her.
She is a menace to Toledo!

Always crazy late deliveries and opened personal mail with sensitive information in it.. talked to office told me nothing they can do... they need to be looked into or shut down lord only know who has your personal information now...

For some reason they haven't been taking outgoing mail. We got delivered some mail that isn't ours so we put 'not at this address' on the front. I watched one of your postmen take the time to look at them and then walk away. So I ran out to them and said "hey, please take these."

I wish I could give them 0 stars, by far the worst post office ever! Countless times I have had my mail OPENED and that’s when I was picking my mail up general delivery. Place is ran by a bunch of tweakers

They never left any slip letting me know they were holding my package. By the time I go to see what's going on they already returned it to the sender.

I have a locking community mail box. On numerous occasions I find my mail on the ground within 30 feet of the mail box soaking wet and illegible from the rain. The mail box has not been tampered with, so I know this is due to incompetence on the post offices end. Please get your act together.

This post office it out of a twilight zone episode. They will hold recieved packages for over 2 weeks after tracking will show it there .. one must seriously add 1 to 3 weeks delivery time onto anything you are expecting. It has been a complete nightmare.. hands down the most aggravating aspect of Toledo .

I moved to Toledo 3 years ago..Mail delivery was fine for about a year. Then one day they stopped delivering products from Amazon..Products they used to deliver at our doorstep are no longer delivered. So now we have to go to the post office 3-4 times a week to pick up stuff that used to be delivered. All other services deliver to our house. The Post office claims our driveway is dangerous to leave. This house is 50 years old, nobody has ever had a problem delivering to us, just the Toledo post office. The worst post office i have ever dealt with.

Postal carrier drives up our driveway too fast. Yesterday my husband told her she was going too fast. She replied well then I won't deliver your packages and drove off with packages and our mail. Not acceptable. Today they threw my package on the wet part of porch and still did not get one pkg. that was out for delivery. ????

They never knock on my door when they leave packages and instead of putting them up on the porch area they're placed on the bottom of the stairs also if the delivery driver feels like they don't want to deliver my package on rainy days or something, they state that there was an attempt made even though nobody knocked on the door or came out to leave a note saying that I could pick up my package at the Post Office. I feel like minimal effort is made on the behalf of the consumer...
