I was in need of a storage unit badly. I went to 7 storage facilities in the area. I got lucky and Ideal storage called me back the same day letting me know someone moved out immediately and it was available to me if I wanted it. Even though it's way out in Siletz it was a welcomed opportunity to secure!!!! Storage units are completely full up County wide.

The people that work at "Ideal Storage' are extremely "people friendly", I appreciate the ladies that work at the Toledo Office and the Kind ladies that you talk to when you have ANY kind of issues. I never feel like I cannot call them if unexpected problems happen. Thank you for your services. ?
