I was asked a few months ago to move stuff away from the door as the door company was going to replace my door. This project lasted three months in which I had no access to my stuff. At the beginning the door company needed more room to work so the storage facility manager had some of our totes removed and put in another as we were never told for sure how many totes were removed. We were told about this weeks after our items were moved from our unit. I was told by a female employee there that our totes were put in the storage unit that the owner has there. Now months after our stuff being removed oh wait the facility manager had an onsite sale but would not let us look. We are now told that our totes were brought back which there were not as I am missing black and yellow totes along with red ones as well. They had Christmas decorations and kitchen items and appliances in them. We were just recently told by the facility manager that they are not responsible for lost or stolen stuff there. Just to let everyone know they are in the process of putting electric locks on all the doors there while they give the key to the door company and let them have access to your unit while no one at the facility is watching to make sure your stuff is not gone through. I was denied a discount for not having access to my stuff for months. This facility lacks to the integrity and honesty. I would not recommend this facility to no one. Very shady practices. Oh I have asked to speak with the owner and was denied the phone number.

Nice place & very secure! Maintenance man was very helpful & was working extremely hard on an asfault project of some sort, right in the heat of the day & he still was pleasant & helped me unload some heavy things from my truck! He needs a raise!!
