Job was not completed when it was supposed to be, and no one called to tell me. Made the mistake of complaining and it got real personal real quick. Shop is dirty and so are the personnel. Would never use them again.

Stopped to inquire about possibly having my charging system checked and possibly repaired. Service had closed 10 minutes prior to my arrival. A "suit" in a cubical offered his advice and suggested I return at 8 in the morning, which was not an issue.☆I was traveling through the town, very tired and unfamiliar with the area. I inquired about staying with my SUV in their lot, he said no. Rather than offer an alternative, he was dismissive and somewhat snarky with me. I promptly left.A little humanity goes a long way.

I have lived on the coast for 18 years specifically the north coast of Oregon. I have a 2003 Ford F250, triton V 10. Rough year for Ford with the triton V 10. Thanks to the most amazing service department, my truck runs very well. They are honest, personable, and I am going to include his story from last summer that saved me thousands of dollars. I drove my sister to PDX, I always pull in the Target parking lot to wait for confirmation that the plane is going to takeoff because I live two hours from PDX. I pull in the parking lot, and the service engine light comes on. I called several of the dealerships to see if I can get the truck in to put it on the brain. Unfortunately there’s so few mechanics and summertime is the worst time to have a car issue. They were unable to help me, and we’re 3 1/2 weeks out before they could help me. So I called Tillamook Ford and spoke to the most wonderful gentleman at the other end of the phone. Now I know a lot about my truck, and I ran over it with the gentleman at the other end of the phone. Explain the situation. which was I could drop the truck off in Tigard, or one of the other dealers and get a rental car at a premium for 3 1/2 weeks or longer until they could get to the truck. After speaking with a most knowledgeable person, he said if it was me, I would drive the truck home. No liability on his behalf. It was just his personal opinion, I said well from your mouth to God because you sound very well informed I’m going to go ahead and try to get home. I made an appointment at Tillamook Ford, which was also at 3 1/2 weeks down the line. I drove that truck home, with zero problems, again zero problems! I drove it down there, and exactly what he thought the problem was, is what the problem was. The unfortunate part was that I had to take the truck home one more time and drive it back the next day or the day after when they got the part in. Had no problems. I drove down the next day and the part was there. They repaired it in a very short period of time, and I was on my way. They saved me thousands of dollars in rental during the summer and I was so grateful that I’ll hold them all, an amazing treat. They had heard about Wanda‘s pastries in Nehalem, Oregon. But I had never tasted them. So after the holidays, I went over to Wanda‘s and picked up a basket full of their most amazing treats, and took the treats to the service department. And it’s not that I’m not a good client. It’s that they are an amazing service department. The rest of the staff they’re always cordial, friendly, take the time to talk to you. So why wouldn’t I recommend them? Again, if you’re having problems with your Ford, with any vehicle for that matter, give them a call! They are amazing.

I was referred to this company by the local Valvoline Oil to service my Nissan. I was told by the service department, we are not a Nissan dealership. In short, this is NOT a Nissan mechanic, go somewhere else.

Dont bother asking this dealership to fix anything. We were misled as they said they would try to fix a serious misfire engine code on our motorhome with 10000 miles on it with a Ford chassis if they had the parts. We ordered the parts and waited 2 days. The parts arrived and then we were informed that the tech was leaving for a few days. I ended up replacing the plug, plug wire. And coil myself . So much for warranty work from backwoods Ford dealerships

DO NOT LET KELLY TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!! But if anyone knows how I can get back the trash, moldy clothing, furniture, and several containers of soupy moldy food that would be WONDERFUL! Our poor car was turned into a tweakers den that now needs extensive inside detailing. DISGUSTING. And no repairs were done. We eventually just came and got our car back. Turns out it was just the fuel pump. Thanks for leaving us without wheels and creating problems that never exhausted with it for over a year!!

Bad work by Kelly...but what's new? I didn't know he was working on it and I certainly didn't think the manager/owner reply of bring it back...well take a look at it. It took them almost if not 2 months to get it back the second time.

Their service and parts departments were awesome. Unlike another service department at a different dealership. They replaced a carbon canister timely and allowed me to watch the process, answered all my questions politely .
